HIRING for a leading MEP Maintenance Company
Walk-In Interview on 12th & 13th July 2019 in Dubai and Abu Dhabi I Time: 10am to 3pm
(All candidates should possess Maintenance Experience only, and be aware of QHSE requirements)
MEP Maintenance Supervisor
Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, with at least 5
years experience in the maintenance of A/Cs, plumbing, electrical
services. Should be well-versed in planned preventive maintenance
of chillers, air handling units, chilled water pumps, booster
and transfer pump-sets, LV switchgear, capacitor banks, chilled
water system, ductwork, water supply and drainage piping, etc.
Experience in scheduling and handling complete PPM for multiple
sites using CAFM is required.
Electrical Technician
A Tradesman certificate or equivalent / a 2-year industrial training
course in Electrical Technology with minimum 3 years of professional
experience as an Electrical Technician. Should have hands-on work
experience in LV systems, distribution boards, troubleshooting of
lighting, low voltage and electrical specialist systems in buildings.
Chiller Technician
ITI certificate (2 years), with minimum 3 years of experience in the
maintenance and troubleshooting of all kinds of chillers and chiller
components. Should have thorough knowledge of preventive
maintenance and repair of chillers, compressors, condensers, chiller
controls and electrical components. Should also have exposure to
CHW systems including pumps, pressurization units and chilled
water piping networks.
MEP Technician
ITI certificate (2 years), with minimum 3 years of experience in the
maintenance and troubleshooting of all kinds of MEP equipment
and systems. Should have knowledge of the maintenance of all A/C
equipment (split and package units, AHUs, chilled water pumps,
FCUs, control panels, CHW piping and ducting systems), plumbing
equipment like pump-sets, drainage and water supply piping and
power supply systems like switchgear, capacitor bank, SMDBs, DBs,
etc.

FM Supervisor
Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, with at least 5
years experience in independently handling the complete MEP
maintenance works of one building, including reactive and
corrective maintenance of MEP systems like chillers, pumps,
AHUs, FCUs, plumbing pumps, chilled water and water supply /
drainage piping, power cabling and wiring, substation equipment,
LV switchgear, etc. Experience in CAFM, including call center
management, complaint registration and resolution, apart from
thorough troubleshooting knowledge, is required.
Civil Maintenance Technician
A Tradesman certificate or equivalent, with minimum 3 years of
experience as a Mason. Proficient in doing concrete works, masonry
work including plastering and tile works, wall painting, floor
painting, epoxy painting, wooden and metal door painting.
HVAC Technician
ITI certificate (2 years), with minimum 3 years of experience in
maintenance and troubleshooting of all kinds of HVAC equipment
and systems. Should have thorough knowledge of preventive
maintenance and repair of split and package units, AHUs, chilled
water pumps, FCUs, control panels, CHW piping and ducting systems.
Should have exposure to the maintenance and troubleshooting of
chillers.
Plumbing Technician
ITI certificate (2 years), with minimum 5 years of experience in
the maintenance and troubleshooting of all kinds of booster and
transfer pumps, sanitary ware, plumbing accessories, water supply
and drainage piping, etc.
