INTRODUCTION

Outsourcing is relatively new fact which is becoming very impact on current business organisation.
Outsourcing recruitment is a process which is mainly used to increase efficiency. External
recruitment process outsourcing is a wide pool to acquiring talent in recruitment process. External
recruitment process outsourcing also concerned with generating a pool of qualified candidate
through external sources, it may be direct recruitment, employment agencies and labour contractors.
Recruitment process is similar to business process outsourcing, A BPO differentiate itself by either
putting in a new technology or applying existing technology in a new way to improve process.

STATEMENT OF THE PROBEM

Lack of communication and understanding between recruiter and hiring manager ,the problem is that
to finding the right candidate for the right designation therefore the study is better way to
examination of outsourcing external recruitment process and also ensure the problems facing by
BPO in external recruitment process outsourcing.

NEED FOR THE STUDY

External recruitment process is widely using in recruitment the need of study following as below;
The study of external recruitment process outsourcing improves recruitment efficiency and
effectiveness Reduce the cost in relative to recruiting activities include advertising, on job board,
background screening It’s also focuses on core business, External recruitment process outsourcing
helps to improve high turnover rate
OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY

 To find out the external recruitment process outsourcing reduces the cost and time.
 To identify how external recruitment process outsourcing affects organisational culture.
 To analyse the problem and suggest the implementation process.

SCOPE OF THE STUDY

The study is predominantly aim to know the impact of external recruitment process outsourcing in
BPO Sector. The study is conduct to identify the effectiveness and challenges on external
recruitment process in BPO Sector. The scope of study is limited to BPO sector only

Data is element of an event. Data is base for every research work. There are mainly two types of data
collection methods which are as follows;

Primary Data
Primary data is the data collected in the form of interview and questionnaire.

Secondary Data
Secondary data is data already exists in the form of journals, previous research, websites, etc.
