sister).

article condemned the racial discrimination of the Spaniards
to the Filipinos.
Ingratitudes (Ingratitude) This article was published on January 15, 1890. This article
contained the defense of the Filipinos who initiated socio-
political reforms and who exposed the oppression of the
Spanish authorities to their fellow Filipinos. It was also
written by Jose Rizal when he was in Belgium.
