ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR

 PhD in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institution.

 10-years teaching/research experience in an HEC recognized University or a postgraduate
Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International
organization
OR
 5-years post-PhD teaching/ research experience in an HEC recognized University or a
post-graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or
International organization
 The applicant must have 10 research publications (with at least 4 publications in the last 5
years in the HEC recognized Journals.
ASSISTANT PROFESSOR

 PhD in relevant field from HEC recognized University/Institution

 No experience required

LECTURER

 First Class MS/MPhil/equivalent degree awarded after 18 Years of education in the relevant
field from an HEC recognized University/Institution with no 3rd division in the academic
career.
 Condition of no 3rd division shall not be applicable in the qualification of appointment as
lecturer in Universities or Degree Awarding Institutions provided that the candidate holds
a higher degree viz PhD or equivalent degree with not more than one 3 division in entire

academic career.

Note:

 Only female having domicile of Punjab are eligible.

 University reserved the rights to refuse any candidate without assigning any reason.
 Registration will be valid for two years.
 Candidates are required to submit application along with complete C.V and attested copies of
testimonials, CNIC, domicile & experiences (if any).
 Pay order Rs. 2000/- in the name of Treasurer, Government College Women University
Faisalabad (original) enclosed herewith.
 Two most recent passport size photographs should be affixed on each application.
 Final Selection will be based on recommendation of interview committee.
 Candidate must forward their applications directly in the Registrar office (PA Office) GCWUF,
please send well before the closing date, i.e. 23-08-2019.
 Previous Teaching experience will be preferred.
 Seats will be filled as per requirement of the department / discipline concerned.
 No TA/DA would be Admissible when called for Interview.
