AUXILIARY RELAYS CGXH1: Hand Reset Master Trip Relay

Description
Electromechanical High speed tripping relays are
used to initiate tripping commands to trip-coil of
circuit breaker. The relay is energized through
different protection relay contacts. High burden
relays are used to avoid the nuisance tripping due
to stray signals of long run cables. Mechanical
flag indicates the relay status.

The Relay Element is attracted armature type

having yoke, core and armature as magnetic.
Enamelled copper wire of high thermal rating is
used in relay coil. Contacts are made of bimetal
viz. copper and silver or silver alloy. High speed
trip relays are designed for hand reset type
