SALES,MARKETING & COMMERCIAL:


Brand name and trade mark registration.

 Company official web hosting.

 software development for accounts and company financials.

Sales Management :

 Sales plan to be prepared for the launching of upcoming brands with all financial statements.

 Hierarchy of the team will be prepared with salary structure and monthly costing to company.

 Hiring of team as per plan in targeted cities.

 Selection, finalization of the product line/sku with pricing factor.

 Distribution plan(city wise, brand wise/sku wise) with volumetric and numeric spread.

 Feasibility of distribution setup with financial cost and objectives.

 Job description of staff and developed monitoring tools for the performance review.

 Design/ develop several reporting formats for the monitoring of sales/ inventory/ receivables/ claims
of staff and distributors.

 Initiate commercial policies of the company(time to time) for the control and compliance.

 Determine the flow of report sharing with company directors.

Brand Management:

 Identify/determine the product line.

 Pricing details of each brand/sku to be prepared and share with directors.

 Development of packaging with media partner and explore new vendor for packaging material.

 Marketing strategy of the national launch with financial implications.

 Marketing tools to measure the impact of advertising and promotional spending.

 Development of POS material align with media agency.

 Development of new product line on the basis of market research and industry study.

 Close coordination with media agency for any tactical/ periodic campaign for any brand.

 Digital marketing entailing Facebook and twitter page for the company, brands and their activation.
