Global warming

Have you ever wondered why climate change so rapidly that we can hardly control it? The

biggest industry factories, nuclear power plan, and human burning fossil fuels are the one

responsible for causing global warming. Humans each year produce about 38.2 billion ton

of carbon dioxide by burning fossil fuels such as oil, coal, {Ap 2012}. Okay, so imagine

that we don't increase global warming things like the rise of sea level, melting of ice

glaciers, and some time wildfires in a forest would not happen as often as it does today. Global

warming has been an environmental threat for centuries since the age of the dinosaurs. The

burning of fossil fuel has been negatively affecting the environment causing there to be fewer

resources each year global warming cause wildfires, hurricanes, and natural disasters.

Global warming is an increase in the overall temperature of the Earth’s atmosphere.

attributes to the greenhouse effect which is caused by increasing levels of carbon dioxide,

chlorofluorocarbon, and other pollutants ( 2019 ). In 2013 November 4 A new study finds that

while carbon dioxide emissions are still at a record high, they grew more slowly in 2012

compared to the last ten years. A study by glaciologist {John Mercer} suggests a slight increase

in the global temperature could cause the Antarctic ice sheets to collapse. This collapse would

raise sea levels by approximately 16 feet and displace billions of people who live in coastal

areas. The government reports that the average annual temperature in 2012 was a full degree

warmer than the old record set in 1998. We all need to collectively work towards decreasing

global warming because not doing so can cause the destruction of the environment, wildlife,

and ultimately human life.

I say that if we don ``t stop global warming things will get even worse.

As time goes on global warming keeps increasing at a fast rate and our planet keeps

getting warmer and warmer each year. Global warming according to a recent study is shown

what would happen if global warming keeps increasing and things you could do to avoid an

increase in global warming. They said that global warming will bring twice the effect as the year

before. Increasing the ocean sea level with the melting of large ice glaciers causing places to

flood. It is important for humans to help decrease Global warming is because if we don`t it could

cause a massive effect on the human population, the environment, and wild animals. For

example, this can cause flooding, earthquakes, volcano eruption, and depletion of water. This

could cause a tremendous effect on the environment. According to the article they “ warned that

sea levels could rise six meters or more, in place that has large areas of the polar ice caps could

also collapse, and tropical forest borders could produce fire-dominated savanna.”{Media

2018}We should be concerned about the ocean sea level rising because it could cause flooding in

places like Florida were about 1.8 million people live near the ocean and according to the article

some other places that are at risk of flooding or New York, San Francisco {Media 2018}. One of

the group researchers was {Alan C.mix} he was a professor of earth, ocean, and atmospheric

sciences at the University of Oregon and he did research with his group about how can an animal

or plant survive in the ecosystem depending on the weather they are being exposed to a higher

temperature. He also said that in order us to understand global warming we must be able to

relate or refer to global warming as something that has been happening for centuries and it

should be handled with care. He said you can go back to about hundreds of thousand years to
determine what would happen to earth if global warming continues to increase at a faster rate. As

the article says, the temperature in the earth's atmosphere

can sometimes be greater or lower depending on the earth orbiting around the sun this

can cause the earth to absorb more radiation from the sun which can lead to the changes of

season, an increase in weather {Media 2018}. As the article says, the less radiation the stronger

the weather and rise of sea levels would be. According to the article, Therefore, less incoming

radiation will now be reflected and more radiation the Earth will be absorbed, which can lead to

an increase in global warming causing the earth to be warm and further melting of ice glaciers.

Because human each day our cutting tree this cause the release of more Co2 in the atmosphere an

increase in our weather. “As far as we know today, there has been no similar event in terms of

rate of change in climate history.”{Media 2018}

We all can help stop global warming if we work together.

Some other reason about how can human attribute help stop global warming is by

decreasing the rate by which people increase the amount of Co2 in the air, for example, fossil

fuel and Deforestation. Also, {Stephen Pacala}a professor at Princeton University is focusing on

remodeling technology so that instead of increasing Co2 you can eventually take Co2 out of the

air and put it back on the ecosystem which can lower global warming. Also{Philip Gingerich} a

climate researcher from the University of Michigan is concerned about humans because they are

pumping Co2 into the atmosphere nine to ten percent higher than it was in the natural global

warming event {Doyle 2019}. Did you know that

the Paleocene-Eocene was the warmest period

never been seen before since the extinction of

the prehistoric animal which at this time the Arctic was a place where crocodile lived and palm

tree growth? According to the article, us today it says that burning fossil fuel such as oil, gas,

trash, and coal can release gases into the atmosphere such as carbon dioxide and other gases

which can increase global warming causing the temperature to rise {Doyle 2019}. According to

{Gabriel Bowen} If carbon dioxide kips increasing the planet would most likely get dangerous

for future generations because of the burning of fossil fuel and the increase in carbon dioxide in

the atmosphere. An expert said that if people want to stop or decrease the amount of carbon

dioxide in the air they would first have to decrease the burning of fossil fuel and change it to

renewable. We could also help prevent these does others things from happening, for example,

deforestation is processed by which humans cut down trees which lead to an increase in Co2 as if

we were to cut down all the trees this would lead to a massive increase on Global warming. So to

prevent this from happening we could actually increase the amount tree seed we plant so that

instead of there being less tree when people cut them down know there will actually be more

trees which will absorb Co2 in the air which automatically will reduce global warming. Also,

people must be aware that the less tree there is the less likely it would have come for you to

breathe the air in the atmosphere because of the plant usually responsible for producing oxygen

through a process called photosynthesis by which the plant absorbs the solar radiation and

converts it to carbohydrate or oxygen. And remember that deforestation, burning of fossil fuel,

carbon dioxide or not the only one increasing global warming there or more out there which we

could decrease. Did you know that “In 1954, the economist {Paul Samuelson} put forward a

theory that made a distinction between “private-consumption goods” — bread, cars, houses, and
the like — and commodities that existed apart from the usual laws of supply and demand.”

Another way by which we could actually help decrease global warming is by capturing the gases

in the atmosphere like, for example, the article says that a team of engineers discovered a new

technique in chemistry by which they discovered that they could actually remove gases from the

air which would help to reduce global warming {Jon 2019}. They did this by setting up 12

electronic devices in Zurich which capture the gases in the air most of it was Co2 this would then

be transported on a track in a large tank container this would go to a coca-cola bottle where it

will be filled with the gas that they collected which later on will become a soft drink {Jon 2019}.

They also require a large amount of energy and equipment this was the fastest way to lower the

gases in the air which does a significant effect on decreasing global warming of the Co2 in the

air. Also in Zurich, the team installed a maze of pipes combine it with hydrogen which at the end

of the pipes it was producing methane which could replace gasoline in any vehicle such as

vehicles, motorcycle and more. Another way by which we can help is instead of using machines

that release gases in the air like for example car and factories we could actually try to use less

than were are using it now so that one day this could actually help to decrease global warming.

My graph is about carbon dioxide in the years before 1950 to 2010 my graph shows how much

carbon dioxide was released and it also shows a recent level of carbon dioxide In the atmosphere.

In 1950 the Co2 in part per million release was 300 and in 2010 the carbon dioxide grows to

about 400 which show as the population was larger in 2010 the carbon dioxide in the air increase

and because of the population in 1950 was lower than 2010 the carbon dioxide was less. Which

compared to now you can infer that carbon dioxide has increased more than the recent years base

on the population of today.

Global warming can lead to a loss of species and the spread of disease.

Another example of how global warming has caused animals to go extinct is by

increasing the weather like in Australia the first mammal is considered to be extinct due to

climate change. The Bramble Cay was first seen in the 1800s to 1970 the rodent population was

estimated to have been hundreds but over the next decay global warming has caused this animal

to decrease. In 2009 there were seen alive Queensland believe that humans have caused an

increase in climate change causing the animals to go extinct. They were no less than 10 feet tall

from sea level as the sea level has risen storms and high tides started to caused the island to flood

which swept away the vegetation that the animals use for food and shelter {Jamie 2019}Without

the necessary resources, the Bramble clay then died out of the Environment Department did

research but didn't find any trace that they were still alive. Also, you could say that as the ocean

water was getting warmer the ocean than expanded an increase of about 3 millimeters since 1993

and it increases about one-tenth each year as our planet gets warmer. Global warming could also

cause a decrease in Antarctic penguins a researcher said that people were physically counting

penguins — and from high-resolution satellite imagery, we have global estimates of Adelie

penguin breeding locations, meaning where they are present and where they are absent,

throughout the entire Southern Ocean {Karen 2016}. We also have estimates of population size

and how their populations have changed over the last few decades,” said Cimino. “ We used all

these data to run habitat” and we are sure that global warming is each time becoming stronger in

melting the ice in Antarctica causing penguins to move up onto the mountain. Some time global

warming can also cause animals to live there home and migrate to another place some this can

bring disease like malaria it appears higher up mountains as the rise of thermostats make
mosquito go up to places with higher elevations. The rate at which some species are moving is to

about ten miles each decay while the one in the ocean is moving four times as fast as for example

butterfly According to article“{Camille parmesan} a scientist at Plymouth University in the

United States kingdom.” move about 125 miles in a single decay {Craig 2017}. Some other

examples of animals migrating is the red knot a shore bird that travels from the tropics to

Antarctica each spring. They breed and feed on insect but because of the snow in Antarctica or

melting and the insect hatching weeks before the birds arrive after the bird arrive there is only a

small portion of food available for them to eat and with little or no food they would migrate back

to the west of Africa in search for more food. ” Did you know that on December 2005 the global

average temperature for the hottest was 60.2 degrees Fahrenheit, which is 1.2 degrees above

normal?” more information about how animals migrating and affect us is that some of these

animals can affect us as animals migrate fish also travel to different places in this time you can

tell a fishing man or hunter and they would say that this is a hard time to catch fish because of

some time fish go places were no one predict According to {David Inouye} an emeritus

professor at the University of Maryland he has worked at rocky mountain for decays he says that

when the animals migrate they affect the people because that means that they would have less

food for the people that fish also {Maria furberg}a researcher of disease outbreak tracks disease

outbreak in the north side. He says that because of global warming things like rabbit fever have

increased to about ten in the north of Sweden in the last 30 years and that in the last month

scientists announce that tick-borne had increased to about 23 percent. Because of climate change

things like fish and animals or becoming less as global warming temperature keep increasing

{Jamie 2019}. Also as an animal start to enter a new location with a disease most of the time this
disease transmit to other animals by eating them or coming in contact. Also, remember that not

all the animals that migrate bring disease and that some of this disease could also be brought by

land, water, or air.
