socks packaging machine. PS-1 is irreplaceable at all socks manufacturers who want to simplify workflow, increase
productivity and reduce the costs of packaging. Thanks to its compact design and quick activation, the Portable
Automated Socks Packaging machine PS-1 fits easily into all kinds of socks packaging lines. The stand of the machine
is made in Slovenia (EU) with best materials. The heart of the machine has been powered by Avery Dennison SPU
modul which ensures the quality and reliability.

socks and customer requirements.

 ONE DEVICE – MANY POSSIBILITIES
PS-1 allows packaging of various types and socks thicknesses. By changing the module
UP TO
you can pack socks from 7 mm up to 80 mm. By choosing the correct needle you can 80 MM THICKNESS
pack the finest materials leaving no damage in the socks.

7 MM

STANDARD SPU MODULE

With installing standard module you can pack SPORT SOCKS
classic man socks made of cotton.
With needle length (36 - 44 mm)
you can pack socks up to 50 mm.

FINE SPU MODULE

With fine extra long needle you can pack FINE SOCKS
finest materials such as sport, women and
child socks. Because of very thin needle device
leaves no holes in material. Length of the needle
(45mm) gives the opportunity to pack from
7 mm up to 50 mm, depending on the method
of closing the backing card.

VNS MODULE (Variable Needle System)

Installing VNS device on PS machine will give you 80 mm
an option to pack the thickest socks (80 mm).
This device is perfect for packaging standard
cotton 3, 4, 5 pair of socks.

For maximum efficiency of pneumatic machine PS-1 we recommend using the highest
quality fasteners made of nylon. Because machine works under 80 PSI air pressure it is
recommended to use strong nylon fasteners.
