1. Name of Course: INTRODUCTION TO ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING
TECHNOLOGY
Course Code: BNP 21403
2. Synopsis: The environmental technology comprises the environmental act
and regulation applied in Malaysia, the important physical, chemical
and biological parameters in water and wastewater analysis,
operates and maintains the water, wastewater, solid waste and
hazardous waste plants. The treatment technology applied to have
a clean, bacteriologically safe, potable drinking water and
enhances public health. This course covers the technology related
to water treatment, wastewater treatment, solid waste disposal and
air pollution.
