As requested please find attached quotation for metal waste for Gomia Location.

MLPL will pay the following fees as below for Aluminum scrap waste:-

Terms and Conditions:

1. Prices:
a. Above prices are quoted on assumption that every parts (like compressor, outdoor fan,
etc.) are intact with outdoor unit of split AC and every split AC’s are having both indoor and
outdoor unit.
b. The prices may change if it is not found as per assumption.
c. The prices are Ex-Works Ramgarh unless otherwise clearly specified. Subject to revision
beyond validity date. All the prices are in INR.
d. For other scrap GST is exclusive.
2. GST:Prices are inclusive of GST, any additional taxes not mentioned here shall be payable by the
Customer at the applicable rate.

3. Transportation: Transportation charges are inclusive

4. Validity:Quotation is valid for a period of 15 days from the date of issue
5. Payment terms: Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Meliorate Lubes Pvt. Ltd., invoices are
payable within 15 days of Invoice received.
6. Material pick up:
 E-Waste will be picked by Meliorate Lubes Pvt. Ltd. Within 15 days from the date of Sales
Order (SO) received.
 Invoices must be handed over to logistic team after weighing of E-Waste for payment
process.
 Trolley must be provided for movement of E-Waste till loading vehicle.
 Supervisor/Concern person must be present at the time of E-Waste pickup.
7. Consignee Address to be mentioned on the Invoice as follows.

8. Jurisdiction:
