PRODUCTION AND MARKETING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE LGU- SILAGO SOUTHERN

LEYTE AND THE SAN FERNANDO AGRI DISTRIBUTION INCORPORATION ( SFADI )

This PRODUCTION AND MARKETING AGREEMENT is entered into between LGU Silago
Southern Leyte( The Hog Grower ) and the San Fernando Agri Distributions
Incorporation ( SFADI ) of Cebu City ( Buyer )

COMMITMENT : THE BUYER

1.) That the SFADI agrees to have Feeds Product Consignment with the LGU
Silago at a minimum truckload of 300 bags Feeds every month, payable for 30
days in kind ( fattened Hog ) and replace for the Bad Order ( BO ) feeds.

2.) That the SFADI has the exclusive privilege of buying back the produce Hog
commodities of the Grower, at a minimum weight specification of 70 kilo- 120
kilos of fattened Hog at a prevailing market price and weigh on the Farm site
at the expense of their Laborer and Weighing equipment, buying load ranges
from 50 – 100 heads every month.

3.) That the SFADI will issue Post Dated Check ( PDC ) to the LGU at a term of 15
days as their payments of bought fattened hogs, SFADI is entitled to offset of
whatever sum due by the LGU ( from consign feeds ).

4.) That the SAFDI must send a notice to the LGU at least 1 week prior for the next
delivery of feeds if in case there is a change in price , to aware the LGU for any
adjustment

COMMITMENT : THE GROWER

1.) The LGU SILAGO must ensure sufficient hogs to supply the buyer.

2.) Insure the safekeeping of the consigned Feeds, responsible in the distribution
to the farmer grower and proper recording.

3.) Assist the” BUYER” during buying back activities,

Either party committed to this agreement may terminate the agreement in part or
in full after providing 90 days notice and reasons for doing so in writing to the
other party.

The parties agree to the conditions of this MOA by signing this document by
designated representatives and affixed with their respective signature.
