Subterranean Penang International Convention and Exhibition Centre (SPICE) in Penang, Malaysia.

Kindly present this Confirmation Letter to our onsite Registration Officers to collect your ticket during the Registration Day.

Once paid, the registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

GENERAL EVENT INFORMATION

1. Travel Visa Requirements

Depending on your country of origin, you may be required to obtain a VISA in order to enter Malaysia. For more information,

Make sure that your passportʼs validity/expiry is more then six months of the travel date
The passport must have a minimum of three blank pages
All travelers must have valid travelling documentation ( Business / Convention VISA).

All participants must have at least USD 500 cash for travelling and a hotel confirmation booking .

2. Your Arrival Date

Since V-Malaysia 2018 Registration will start at 10e00 a.m. on 23 and 24th April 2018 at Convention and Exhibition Centre
Ballroom, we highly recommend that you arrive a day or two before so you have time to get settled in your
hotel/accommodation.

3. Registration Packet and ID Badge

During the Registration, you will be issued your Ticket and your Registration Packet. This includes your Security Tag. You
must wear your Security Tag at all times during the convention to gain access to the events and activities.

4. Dress Policy

Business attire is appropriate – and expected – for the sessions inside the stadium. For your convenience, please bring
comfortable walking shoes. Kindly bring your National Costume for the Welcome Gala Night on 24th April 2018.

5. Special Needs

To make the V-Malaysia 2018 experience more convenient and comfortable, we offer special arrangements for participants with
disabilities. Please inform us at least 10 days in advance if you need equipment (e.g., wheelchairs) or special transportation
arranged.
