The batteries are loaded from the frequency converter
DC bus voltage and sustained on the flotation voltage.
They supply the security brake coil on normal working and
through a diode, the frequency converter intermediate
circuit.
The isolated voltage of 110VDC for the security serial and
the 190VDC for the inverter are extracted from the batteries
to keep working frequency inverter.
When the net voltage is needed, the inverter continues
working on the bus voltage velocity allowed until the next
stop level range, where it stops, open the doors and
passes at the minimum demand state until the net voltage
is restored.
An optoisolated auxiliary input force the batteries state
checking and an optoisolated output confirms the OK
situation.

Las baterías son cargadas desde la tensión continua
del bus del convertidor de frecuencia y mantenidas en
la tensión de flotación. Alimentan la bobina del freno
de seguridad en funcionamiento normal y a través
de un diodo, el circuito intermedio del convertidor de
frecuencia.
De las baterías se extraen la tensión aislada para la serie
de seguridad (Contactores) de 110VCC y la tensión auxiliar
de 190VCC, no aislada para mantener funcionando el
convertidor de frecuencia.
Cuando falta la tensión de red, el convertidor sigue
funcionando a la velocidad que la tensión del bus le
permite hasta el alcance del próximo nivel de paro,
donde se detiene, abre puertas y pasa al estado de
mínimo consumo hasta que la tensión de red se ha
restablecido.
Una entrada auxiliar optoaislada fuerza la comprobación
del estado de las baterías y una salida optoaislada
confirma la situación de OK.
