Observing Meal Service and Etiquette by Group 1
I. IDENTIFICATION.
Identify the type of service indicated by each number. Write BuS for Buffet Style, BaS for Banquet
Style, FTS for French Table Service, BP for American or Blue Plate/Plate Service, RuS for Russian
Service or Sliver Service, FaS for Family Service, GuS for Gueridon Service, and FiS for Filipino
Service.
