Board for a term of one (1) year. The Fire Services Board is comprised of
five (5) Association Presidents, two (2) citizens-at-large*, and no more than
three (3) members of Council. Membership on the board shall be appointed
by Resolution of Council. The Fire Services Board shall exercise powers,
duties, and functions as assigned by the Fire Board Bylaw 2019-01 (can be
