EGSV3 Product discription

Summary

AC servopack EGSV3 was developed to replace the Σ-Ⅰ servopack that was produced
by Yaskawa electric. This product is combined with the Σ-Ⅰ AC servo motor.

Spec. Code NP is a nameplate to distinguish the motor parameter setting..
M1 is to show the No.1 motor model, and M2 is to show the No.2 motor model.

M1,M2 : [standard] means the motor model on chapter 6.3.

To change the parameters of EGSV3 for the replacement of Σ-Ⅰ

① Convert the parameters by SigmaWin+


② Manually edit the parameters
③ set the parameters to EGSV3 by SigmaWin+ except the moter parameters
④ set the moter parameters to EGSV3 by setting tool:EGSV3_TRM_v02.xls
⑤ Operation check & Waveform data acquisition by SigmaWin+

① Convert the parameters by SigmaWin+

read and save the user constants of Σ-Ⅰ that is the replacement target

SigmaWin+ does not correspond to the parameter converter of DR2.


In the case of DR2, start from step ②

Launch the SigmaWin+ at offline


Select the Σ-Ⅴ component

Select Parameters → Parameter Converter

About Difference between EGSV3 and Σ-Ι


EGSV3 makes much of compatibility as substitute Σ-Ι Servopack.
But some point is different. Typical different point is as follows.

About Difference between EGSV3 and Σ-V

EGSV3 Servopack basically adopts the Sigma-V technology. But some points are different. Typical different point
and identical point is as follows.
