Narrative

On Saturday, October 12, 2019, I, Officer D.Vitek 4488,working as B313 and driving marked patrol vehicle 218-
0157 responded to 1203 E Allen Avenue (private residence) at 0233 hours for an Open Structure to assist B325
and B321.

Call Details:

CP ADV FRONT DOORS TO ADD IS OPEN... BOTH OF NEIGHBORS VEHS ARE IN DRIVEWAY: WHI SEDAN
AND DRK COLORED SEDAN....

[Notification] [FORT WORTH POLICE]-NEIGHBORS ARE USUALLY HOME BUT NEVER HAS DOOR OPEN

Upon arrival, Officers noticed the front door was open and the lights in the house were on. While walking the
premises one of the Officers noticed DEC(Jefferson, Atatiana B/F 11/28/90) was inside one of the bedrooms. The
Officer confronted DEC and shots were fired. Medstar and FWFD made scene and provided medical treatment for
the DEC. Medstar announced time of death on scene. Major case was notified and made scene.

CSSU was contacted and made scene.
