SERVICE DRIVER CONTRACT

This Employment Contract is entered into on the ______ day of

and the Employee shall agree to the following statements of the said terms

Duties and Responsibilities:

I. Fully understand how to operate and safely drive your

assigned vehicle
II. Check weather conditions and road reports before
departure
III. Take instructions from supervisor regarding each day’s
deliveries or pick/drop services
IV. Keeping company vehicle clean and properly maintained
by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle
maintenance.
V. Provide assistance with luggage and boarding to
passengers
VI. Mentally chart out the best possible route to reach the
desired destination
VII. Pick and drop company professionals from /to desired
destinations
 VIII. Change tires and make minor adjustments or repairs to
engine or vehicle body during, before and after transit
IX. Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in
areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing.

WHEREBY THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS:

1. The Employee agrees to perform all duties as listed above, to the

best of their abilities. The Employee further agrees to use time wisely
and to adhere to work standards of the highest quality.
2. The Employee understands that failure to perform work in an
unsatisfactory manner could result in their termination.
3. As set out in the job description. The employer may require you to
carry out other reasonable duties as required.
4. Furthermore, the employee shall be liable in any loss and stealing of
company’s stocks (diesel, gas and etc.) could be subject to
confinement.
5. In case of accident the company has the discretion if they want to
provide the needs of the employee.
6. The employee will be paid weekly, at the salary rate of
____________ per day. In case of over time, the Employee shall
receive an overtime pay per hour.
7. The Employer will deduct sums for mandatory benefits and any
entitled benefits required by law.
8. Employee Warning Notice shall be issued when the Employee is
proven to be doing unpleasant activities in relation to the rules &
regulations of the Company.
9. All Employees are accustomed to settle their Cash Bond every
payroll. The Cash Bond will serve as a security deposit of the
Company during which the Employee owes or damages to Company
property, otherwise, the Cash Bond shall be returned to the

11. The Employee & the Company agree and acknowledge that
they have the right to terminate their employment at any time for any
reason. Either Party may terminate said employment with written
notice to the other Party. Written notice shall be given 7 days prior set
off. Failure to provide a written notice will cause forfeiture of left
salary.
