MOJO

- Home page
o Today’s activities overview. Like appointment calls, follow up tasks, anything due for the
day. Double click and the contact associated with the record will pop up.
- Data and Dialer Area
o Where all data management takes place
o place records; search for people; initiate call session
- Activities Area
o Follow-up planner – where anybody you set up an appointment for in MOJO for follow-up
call or a task, all those tasks end up in this area
o this is where you can edit, like complete or delete activities or tasks
o you can also perform follow up calls in here by simply choosing the follow-up call activity
and then clicking on the dialer.
- Reports Area
o Targets the metrics you want to check up on while prospecting using MOJO.
- Lead Store
o Daily source of leads, (EXPIRED, CLOSED, CANCELLED)
- Settings
o Change appearance
o Connect mojo to other platforms like Mailchimp, Microsoft Exchange, Zapier, and a whole
lot of other apps
o Lead Sheets, collect info while on the phone
o Calling Scripts - you can use your own script or you can use one from this library

To Dial

- Import list to dial on – click import file, choose file you want to upload, then map out columns
where they belong, create calling list (FOR THE CLIENT)
- (depending on the last result, mojo is going to automatically send email out)??

Dialer – properties calling list – Geo(circle prospecting) List (cold calling) – FSBO(for sale by the owners)

circle prospecting – calling leads within the neighbor

pop up yung box, dial, then

DNC – do not call(number lang)

When the lead answers but not interested – click on next record

If interested – Notes details you need, (Next Lead)Baba nung first button.

Dial wrong number- bad number

(NEXT RECORD) next name/next lead

1st number (out of 3 number) - click yung nasa taas nung next record.
