Disuko Food is a startup company that focus on rising Indonesian foods to the next global. One of the
excellent products is rendang packaged that has crowned The Best Food in CNN World’s 50 best food
(CNN Survey 2011 & 2017).
 Successfully shipped to more than 10 countries (Singapore, Japan, Netherlands, Russia, France,
Italy, UK, America, and many Asian & European Countries)
 Successfully entered to Top 95 finalists (out of 300 applicants) Foodstartup Indonesia 2018
 Built the business system-management (flow of production, marketing, and finance)
 Developed the business strategies

Rumah Perubahan: Rhenald Kasali 2016


Rumah Perubahan is a social entrepreneurship that provide training to change management and
entrepreneurship.
 Selected Top 40 (out of 600 applicants) to have a living experiences in leadership, social
entreprise, and several projects.
 Developed the online course about empowering young people and waste management

Data Analyze to Advocacy based on Technology Program in Migrant CARE NGO July 2015-Dec 2016
Migrant CARE is a NGO that focuses to protection to indonesian migrant workers (IMW). There is a
technology product called Teltree that provide group sms to IMW in middle east to give information,
tips, and service to case complaints.
 Developed market research to promote the teltree program to customer
 Conducted survey about communication access and placement agency in order to generate the
needs of customer to teltree product
 Ensured the product is delivered to impactful customer experience through conducting phone
calls and text to customer.
 Managed the data by collecting 2793 surveys, qualitative, regulation, desktop research
(database and internet searches) and analyzed the data into infographic, factsheet, and graph
chart in order to be presented

Intern in Workplace Options Consultant January-March 2015


Workplace Options (WPO) is a company that provides emotional, physical, and practical support services
to employees and their family members across the world. Provide support for 32 years to more than 46
million people across 34,000 organizations in more than 200 countries and territories. In Indonesia,
WPO provide micro coaching by sms with the focus on health & wellness, financial, and parenting.
 Presented the program to around 500-1000 clients in factory
 Created product content through conducting research (based on international sources)
 Translated the presentation in Bahasa and English version
 Ensured the product running well through two way question and answer
 Evaluated the product by analyzing the survey to get impactful customer experiences
 Achieved the survey 90% customer found micro coaching product useful and helpful and 45%
said since joining the product they have made a change in their life

To Whom It May Concern

Starting a food business from zero, shaping myself to be a conceptor and an executor. My previous
experience as a researcher encourages me conducting research on market and products passionately. I
am greatly understand how to make product looked good in customer’s eyes.

I believe that the Food and Beverages sector has the bright market in the present and in the future. My
business is rendang packaged with the category of ready to eat (Rendang Disuko). I created marketing
plan and systemized the whole business, including flow of production, marketing, and finance.

In less than a year, Rendang Disuko produces 150 kg equal to 1500 packs per month with online and
offline distribution. The highest sales come from the business partners. They are reseller, agent, and
distributors.

This year, Disuko Food is selected Top 95 applicants (out of 300 applicants) to have an opportunity to
get the investment. The program is Foodstartup Indonesia, held by BEKRAF (The Indonesian Creative
Economy Agency)

Rendang Disuko has been also successfully shipped to more than 10 countries, including Singapore,
Japan, South Korea, Russia, UK, Netherlands, France, Italy, America, and other Asian and European
Countries. Currently, I am dealing with exporters who will distribute Rendang Disuko to Malaysia and
Singapore.

This business leads me to have many networking in business communities and potential clients. I am
confident that my experiences will contribute to the growth of company, the place where I grow in
there.
