Migrant CARE is a NGO that focuses to protection to indonesian migrant workers (IMW). There is a
technology product called Teltree that provide group sms to IMW in middle east to give information,
tips, and service to case complaints.
Developed market research to promote the teltree program to customer
Conducted survey about communication access and placement agency in order to generate the
needs of customer to teltree product
Ensured the product is delivered to impactful customer experience through conducting phone
calls and text to customer.
Managed the data by collecting 2793 surveys, qualitative, regulation, desktop research
(database and internet searches) and analyzed the data into infographic, factsheet, and graph
chart in order to be presented

Starting a food business from zero, shaping myself to be a conceptor and an executor. My previous
experience as a researcher encourages me conducting research on market and products passionately. I
am greatly understand how to make product looked good in customer’s eyes.
I believe that the Food and Beverages sector has the bright market in the present and in the future. My
business is rendang packaged with the category of ready to eat (Rendang Disuko). I created marketing
plan and systemized the whole business, including flow of production, marketing, and finance.
In less than a year, Rendang Disuko produces 150 kg equal to 1500 packs per month with online and
offline distribution. The highest sales come from the business partners. They are reseller, agent, and
distributors.
This year, Disuko Food is selected Top 95 applicants (out of 300 applicants) to have an opportunity to
get the investment. The program is Foodstartup Indonesia, held by BEKRAF (The Indonesian Creative
Economy Agency)
Rendang Disuko has been also successfully shipped to more than 10 countries, including Singapore,
Japan, South Korea, Russia, UK, Netherlands, France, Italy, America, and other Asian and European
Countries. Currently, I am dealing with exporters who will distribute Rendang Disuko to Malaysia and
Singapore.
This business leads me to have many networking in business communities and potential clients. I am
confident that my experiences will contribute to the growth of company, the place where I grow in
there.
