Engines. Our Base Maintenance Services cover all checks up to and including Phase Checks,“D”/“C” Check &
defect rectification.

We use specialized and sophisticated equipment and controlled work processes that ensures quality at each
stage. We are providing Hangar Space/Run-up Bay on rental basis. Major Components Change: We are also
conducting Engine Change as well as Main/Nose Landing Gear Change on all types of Aircraft. Maintenance
activity backed by a full scale planning facility, strong material and logistics support. Hanger Facilities at major
Metros- Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Chennai, Thiruvananthapuram & Nagpur. Large Stocking stores at
each station.
Line Maintenance

following Line Maintenance Services which are managed by well trained and highly experienced personnel :-
Strategic Line Maintenance Services at major network stations in India. Transit , Base, Daily and Weekly checks at
multiple locations.

Engineering Assistance including certification to foreign carriers at various Indian stns. IATP approved provider of
Aircraft Recovery kit and services for India and neighboring countries. Ground Handling Services at economical
cost at all major stations.
Engine and APU Overhaul
Proven expertise in managing the main driver of your maintenance cost - the Engine. The only FAA/EASA
approved Engine repair station in India. Full Capability for CFM 56 -5B/ 7B, GE CF6-80C2, V2500 A1, PW 4000
Engines and partial Capability for GE 90 & CFM 56-5B, APUs types GTCP 131-90 GTCP 331-250H, GTCP 331-500B,
PW901A and APS 5000A. Repair Shop fully equipped with CMM, CNC machines, 5 – axis milling machine, welding
and plasma spray with a 9-axis robotic plasma spray machine.

Test cell is a well-equipped, computerized 100,000 lbs capacity. Access to worldwide repair vendors who carryout
specialized repair jobs. Experience also in dealing with DER repairs and handling PMA parts.

Landing Gear Overhaul

Landing gear (under carriage) section which carries out repair, overhaul and functional testing of entire landing
gear and its components including wheels and brakes. The latest addition to our landing gear capability is 737-800
NG.

in the World BOROBLEND REPAIR :-In case of Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situation due to Boro-distress, we can do
Boro-blend repair on damaged Compressor Airfoils per AMM to restore engine serviceability Ecopower Engine

• Air India Engineering Services Limited (AIESL), a wholly owned subsidiary company of Air
India Limited was formed on 11th March 2004.

• Presently, AIESL is approved by the DGCA under the purview of CAR-145 which carries with it
nomination and acceptance by the DGCA of additional Managers (Base Maintenance, Line
Maintenance and Workshops) who are competent and experienced in the area of their work.

• AIESL policy is to be self-reliant in areas of Aircraft Maintenance (Line and Base

Maintenance), Preventive Maintenance, Alterations or required Inspections, overhaul of aero
