Genuine Configuration Transmission System

Transmission system consists of hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor, rear frame, reducing balance box, tubes, and so on.
Driving force offered by engine is sent to wheels & working device to make grader travel and work. Traditional
transmission system of grader is as shown in Figure 1. It functions as passing driving force, reducing speed, keeping
balance, braking and loading by assembly of gearbox, transmission shaft, driving axle and balance box (chain-

Front Axle Assy Hydraulic System
Structure feature:Hydraulic system can be divided into travelling hydraulic system, braking system, steering hydraulic
system and working hydraulic system.
Front axle assy is front wheels steering structure. It is composed by left wheel inclined joint, inclined pull rod, steering joint
and wheel hub. Front axle can be swung between ±16° while front wheels can be steered between ±45° to lead chassis’
travel direction.

Traveling system is closed system with


single pump and double motors. Traveling
pump is variable plunger pump. Injected oil
direct drive two traveling motors installed in
reducing balance box. Traveling pump
changes grader’s travel speed & direction
by shift of high pressure oil’s flow rate &
direction. SHG motor graders suit for
different working environtment for the shift
of traveling motor’s displacement offers
different driving force & speed. Oil fill pump
installed in traveling pump functions as
compensating leakage of main oil pipes by
check valve to supply oil to closed main oil
pipes. The other two functions are
supplying control oil for main oil pump and
supplying pressure oil for brake circuit.

Main business of brake system is speed reduction or stop when grader is traveling. Brake system of SHG series grader
features steady braking, high security & reliablity, simple structure and convenient maintenance. There is enough pressure
oil in accumlator to make valid brake for 6times if prefill pump stops working. Low pressure alarm works if accumulator’s
pressure is lower than brake requirement. If so, alarm light on the dashboard twinkles. Stop operation to check at once.
Liquid-cuting brake, a closed wet muliti-disc brake, is adopted by SHG series grader. Brake is released if the hydraulic oil
works while brake works by disc type spring when pressure is unload. Parking brake system features auto brake after
parking, big brake force torque, auto-compensation for friction, high security. Grader won’t move when parked in 40° slope
in 25 minutes based on parking brake works.

Front wheels can be tilted between ±17°. Left & right tilt makes lateral
adhesive force to avoid side-slipping of wheels. It improves grader’s
lateral steadiness by resistance of shovel’s lateral load and reduction of
wheels’ steering radius. Double-pump system is organized by split flow gear pump & mulit-way reversing valve. Spilt flow pump is installed behind
traveling hydraulic pump. Two gear pumps seperately combine with left & right multi-way valve to form two independent
circuits. Two lift cylinders work synchronously for each cylinder is set on different circuit.

Frame Driving Cab

Structure Feautre
Front & rear frame are joint-connected with articulation bearing. Their swing angle is Driving cab of SHG series grader adopt fully sealed structure. Air conditioner

Adjustable console meets every operator’s needs to offer most suitable operating angle & position.
Adjusting angle of frame ranges from 65° to 90° while that of steering wheel ranges from 0° to 15°.
Handles of hydraulic system locate on both sides of steering wheel for convenient operation.

Integrated control technology: On one hand, CAN bus control system matching with J1939 data communication protocol is
adopted. SYMC display device combines displaying, setting and status monitoring together. SYMT features functions of
