STARTUP - TECHFICENT
OBJECTIVE
To open a small practical electronics & electrical
engineering tutorial centre where students will be given
practical exposures and will be taught to create small
project and can get their project promoted and
published in journals.
CORE STRENGTH OF BUSINESS
Most of the engineering colleges in & around kolkata
mostly which are privately owned, focuses on
theoretical knowledge more than practical counterpart.
Our strengths are :-
 Many engineering colleges with poor educational
structure.
 We will provide the infrastructure for engineering
final year project and mini projects.
 Helping students to get their work promoted for
social cause and published in journals.
 Proximity to Howrah station, Metro route and
Sealdah station.
FIRST SIX MONTH
 Setting up the office as per requirement with the
given items.
 Business agreement with the electrical contractor
for supply of components like diodes, resistors,
capacitors, circuit board, bread board, connecting
wires, led lights, VLSI software, embedded chips,
etc.
 Hiring few laptops on monthly rent.
 Printing flyers with names & description of the
organisation. Flyers are to be distributed in front of
engineering colleges, offices and coaching centres.
 Giving advertisement on print media.
 Hiring few talented freshers from engineering
colleges or people from industries on part time.
 Building a dedicated website with live chat facility.
 Registering the company with governmental
norms.
SECOND SIX MONTH
 Analysing the existing competitors in the market
in terms of their promotional platforms and
marketing policies.
 Investing in buying more project components to
take on complicated and demanding areas of
interest.
 Creating links with various engineering colleges so
that they can recommend our institutions for
various short projects.
 Connecting with eminent professors for adequate
promotion and building networks around the city.
 Allocating more budgets in promotion and
building assets
 Adding few crash courses along with projects.
THIRD SIX MONTH
 Sending student's works in various journals
for recognition and acceptance.
 Expanding the business by opening more
branches in kolkata.
 Conducting exhibitions and workshops in
technical fests of colleges.
 Working on various Industrial live projects.

WHAT'S NEXT?
After setting up this business in kolkata, we would like
to expand in other parts of the country. Slowly the
company can move towards a R&D sector which will

for rural sectors thus uplifting backward part of the
society by utilizing the innovations of young
engineering grads.
