How did the speaker come up with the idea?

Because many individuals are worried that their relationship with their phone had increase kind
of codependent, a behavioral action that enables persons addiction, poor mental health or under
achievement. That the one said who look to her phone is a power tool, extremely useful, but dangerous
if not handle properly. People thinks that if they don’t pay close attention to their phone, they realized
that they lost an hour of time.

Yes, because they use also the phones for the people, they partner with some apps that
measured how much time we were spending every day in our phones. The Before Challenge Week that
averaging 2 hours a day on time spent and 60 times on average to checks. Day1, put in your pocket, take
that phone out of your hand and observe if you can eliminate the reflex to check your phone all day
long. Found out that the behavior is affected because of technology is built. In the third day the
challenge was deleting the apps that you have on your phone, and some of the people who accepts that
challenge was feeling embarrassing and emotionally experience at first, it feels lonely, but then they
realized that not giving phone power to decide that to you.

Sometimes, when I was bored sitting on side, waiting for someone, or seeing the status updates
on social media sites. Yes because it was totally interesting, imagine that you deletes all your social
media sites and starts thinking on what your next step to do, maybe I can do something that is beneficial
to me like workouts, to be more productive in my life.

What are the possible implications of multi-tasking? Do we finish more or do we finish less tasks than
focusing on one (1) task at a time?

Sometimes in doing multi – tasking has some consequences, like in doing your work or task,
using multitasking is good because the progression of works load simultaneously but if we look to it, the
work or task has a slowly progress. I preferred to do finish less task than focusing on one task at a time,
it makes you to become productive person, because all of the ideas in this task that you are doing has a
lot of ways and ideas to make your work or task well.
According to the search engineer at Google, why is technology built to trigger social media users an itchy
feeling if they are not with their phones?

Because people are addicted of using phones and gadgets, people are little bit crazy, that was
the technology chances our feeling when we are not in our phones, it feels embarrassed and
emotionally experience at first and they feel that they are lonely. People thinks that if they don’t pay
close attention to their phone, they realized that they lost an hour of time.
