• Where material intent has been supplied it is imperative that:
• The design team checks the contractors submission for compliance
• The contractor only purchases approved materials
• Any alternative offered must be approved
• Accuracy of material submittals against as installed

• Testing and Commissioing:


• Adequate time to be included
• Procedures to be approved and recorded by ICA
• Documentation of results to be accurate and approved
• UPC will spot inspect projects for accuracy
