TERMS AND CONDITION

1 We will submit our own gas flow calculation for RTG DCCC server Room and APSCLDHQ Server Room as per given dimension in design sheet.
2 Number of nozzle and detector may varied depending on our final design layout.
3 50% Advance against P.O and Material delivery time will take 2-4 Week.
4 5 Amp UPS power supply required for alarm genretion and Panel.
5 Water supply and electricity will be provided by client or end user on free of cost.
6 Detail Material delivery /execution schedule ,technical data sheet/compliance will be shared upon P.O confirmation.
7 System will be under DLP/Warranty for 12 months as per DLP Clause.
8 Client has to provide lockable store arrangement at site as vendor does not bear the responsibility of material theft and damage once supplied.
9 Balance Payment-40% upon material delivery at site should be clear within 5-7 working days from date of material receipt and 10% after testing and
10 Installation will be completed in a week time after material delivery at site subjected to site clearance and work front availability.

11 Upon completion, We will handover the work to Fire Spot Safety & Security System and will not wait for handingover to end user.
12 Material Insurance Premium should be payable by Fire Spot Safety & Security System.
13 Offer is prepared based on received above BOQ , any deviation in supply will be on additional cost.
14 Once the material is delivered in one location furthrer movment of material will not in our scope and you have to provide E-Way bill if required.
15 We will supply the material as per your site wise requirement and you have to clear the payment accordingly site by site.
16 Any dispute is subjected to Delhi and Andhra Pradesh Court of Juridiction.
