electrification program of the Cooperative, our former members of the the Board of
Directors; department managers and all other staffs, employees, visitors, friends,
ladies and gentlemen, a warm everning to everyone of us.

Welcome to the 38th founding anniversary celebration of our dear electric

cooperative, MOELCI – I. It is very amazing to note that for more than three
decades in the program, we have conquered and overcome all different kinds of
challenges that come our way, which even stregthen the foundation that MOELCI
– I has started. The conception of our electric cooperative, and its start of fighting
the battle against darkness and later on completely bringing its light , I must truly
say, it really changed the way of life of the people in our community. There could
have never been developments in our area if not without rural electrification
program. The attainment of success of our electric Cooperative lies on the
performance of its important key players, and that includes our valued
member/consumers who, in one way or another, continuously support all our plans
and programs . I give credit also to those people who are behind initiating all of
these plans and programs, the MEN and WOMEN of MOELCI – I, who have
given their full commitment and dedication for the service of the Cooperative. Our
strong partnership with the National Elecrification Administration is one thing also
why we all made it this far. This is not the end yet of our fight, but this is just the
beginning of our journey towards reaching the pedestal. There is still a lot more
instore for us. I, therefore, encourage everyone to continue being soldiers and
warriors of light.
