Decreasing the refill threshold increases the number of customers affected as if the refill threshold Is near to end lev
results in more fuel shortage and hence, more customers miss the fuel. It's also because the time when many custom
the queue and level comes down the refill threshold which already more near to end level it will increases the numb
customers being affected that time.

Answer will remains same if all other parameters are same then decreasing the fuel capacity will always results in m
shortage hence more number of customers affected.

Decreasing the fuel refill threshold will result in more number of refills as the fuel shortage will be more and hence m
of refills will be needed to fulfill customers demand of fuel.

Changing the refill threshold will hardly have any affect on income as all other parameters are same.
