Can anyone kindly evaluate my letter?

restaurant. The most recent meal you had there was not satisfactory.
Write a letter to the manager of the restaurant. In your letter

Dear Sir or Madam,


I am writing to share my concerns regarding the poor quality of the meal that was
served at my business lunch at your restaurant �Monaash� last Friday. I am the
Business Development Manager at Nexin Technologies, and I with my team conduct
weekly meetings at your eatery. My team has always enjoyed the ambiance and the
food served at Monaash. However, our last experience wasn�t as pleasant as before.
Although we had placed our order for chicken pizzas well in advance, the food was
served with a delay of over two hours. Furthermore, the pizza dough was rather raw,
and the toppings lacked any flavor. The late, bland food made it quite impossible
for us to enjoy the lunch.
I would request you to kindly look into this matter and unearth the reason for such
sub-standard food and service, which is quite in contrast with our prior
experiences. I hope that you can assure me that such an incident will not occur
again so that my team can continue to conduct meetings at your restaurant.
