Anzar is a73 years old man whose hearing has been disrupted. He has 2 children and now he lives
with his oldest child.
3 weeks ago, Mr. Anzar had a diarrhea for first time. He felt a stomachache and fever. He never
went to health center, took his medicine but it’s didn’t work. This morning he felt abdominal pain so bad.
So his daughter with her husband took him to the hospital.

Anzar : honey, help me. Come here. Oh my god, help me please.

Mita : yes Dad, what’s wrong with you? Are you okay? (with loudly)

Anzar : help me, I felt stomachache so badly
