1. What is the title of your study?

-The title of our study is PARENT INVOLVEMENT AND ITS RELATIONSHIP TO THE
ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE AMONG THE GRADE IV PUPILS IN VENANCIO
TRINIDAD SR. MEMORIAL SCHOOL S.Y 2018-2019

2. Why did you choose this study?

-We choose this topic because we want to know if there is an impact to the
academic performance of a child when parent get involve and this is very
beneficial for the parents and children to know their relationship from each
other.

3. Who are your respondents?

-Our respondents are the section A, grade IV pupils of Venancio Trinidad Sr.
Memorial School.

4. How did you choose your respondents?

-We choose our respondents base on the title of our study which is the PARENT
INVOLVEMENT AND ITS RELATIONSHIP TO THE ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE
AMONG THE GRADE IV PUPILS IN VENANCIO TRINIDAD SR. MEMORIAL
SCHOOL S.Y 2018-2019. And the respondents are the Section A, grade IV pupils
of Venancio Trinidad Sr. Memorial School.

5. What is the importance of your study?

-The importance of our study is to determine the relationship of parents and
pupils about their academic performance at school and home.

6. Who will benefit from your study?

- the one will benefit our study are the parents and the learner’s of today and
the next generation.
7. What is the difference between an operational and conceptual definition?
- Conceptual definition deals with deep meaning of your conceptual constructs
which have its basis on the theory behind the study. On the other hands,
operational definition deals with how you can relate your studied constructs to a
particular domain under your study.
8. Explain your research paradigm.
-based from the previous-cited conceptual framework the proponents of the
study have conceptualized their research based on the input which consist our
statement of the problem, the throughput consist the chapter 3, and the output
which shows what is the significant relationship between parent involvement
and the student academic performace
9. Do you have a significant/ non-significant difference/ relationship in your out? Cite the
variables in each category?
-The findings of our study, there is a Non-Significant relationship between the
parent involvement to the academic performance and school success of every
child.

10. How did you choose the locale of your study?

--We chose the Venancio Trinidad Sr. Memorial School, at Talisay Batangas, as
the locale of our study because we believe in the potential of the school as well
as the selected pupils that they can give us the necessary information we needed
in our study.
11. Whose study was your reference?
-We get our study reference from Lilibeth Bringuer and Girlie Rose Ordes of
Tanauan City.

12. Did you copy the questionnaire “en toto” from your reference?
-No, not all ,some questions added in the questionnaire were search from the
internet.
13. Did you include your answers on Questions 10-12 in your scope and delimitation?
` - No, it is not included in the scope and delimination.

14. How did you test the validity of your questionnaire?

-we chose four validators composed of four professor,they are expert along the
line job to evaluate the item framed according to content and purpose. There
were suggestions from the validators that made some changes to our
questionnaires.The final drop of the questionnaires was finalized and prepared
the needed copies for the distribution to the respondents.

15. How did you test the reliability of your questionnaire?

-the questionnaire was tested in Venancio Trinidad Sr. Maemorial school which our
locale of the study and answer by the grade IV pupils
