Ladies and gentlemen

First of all, let's thank God The Almighty who has given us his blessing and his mercy so we can meet in
this event, Orsenik of 2019 with a good condition, without any obstacles and in this special occasion.

And I want to say thank you to the all audiences in this room for given me the opportunity to deliver my
speech, which is entitled Displacement Of Capital City Jakarta to Kalimantan.

Indonesia is a developing country with the population more than 270 million people. With these figures,
Indonesian human's consumption needs are very huge. Because of that, Indonesia built so many
factories to meet their needs and to be a budget income. With these many factories in Indonesia, the
number of pollution in Indonesia will sure to be increase.

Ladies and gentlemen,

Capital city is a city where the seat government of a country is located. Capital city is a place where the
administrative elements are gathered, such as the executive, legislative and judiciary. Within this reality,
capital city has become a major sector that has a very important role in the central government.

As we all know, Jakarta is a capital city of Indonesia. Jakarta is a city of the most populous city in
Indonesia with the population more than 9 million people. With an area of only 661.5 km2, Jakarta
already has more than 2000 factories. Nowadays, Jakarta is the forth of with the worst air in the world.
Coupled with Jakarta population consumption for vehicle, there's so many traffic jams in Jakarta. And
moreover, with the behavior of people who are less concerned with the environment, Jakarta is
threatened with damage.

So, I am standing here to tell you all, how importance the displacement of the capital city Jakarta to
Kalimantan. Why do I say like that? Because Jakarta is a capital city of our beloved Indonesia, which is
the seat of government, so we must think a good future for our country. Do we just to let Jakarta get
damage overtime? Of course no, isn't it? We don't want to let that thing happen, right?

So, brothers and sisters, here's the reason why East Kalimantan was chosen to be the new capital city of
Indonesia.

First, East Kalimantan is in strategic location and it's in the middle of Indonesia. East Kalimantan is
located in the Indonesian Archipelago Sea Channel whistle is 1 of three paths connecting the southern
and nothern part of Indonesia,so that can be used by the foreigner. Referring to the United Nations
Convention on the Law of the Sea / UNCLOS in 1982. So, it reflects the superiority of its location and
economic potential.

Second, East Kalimantan is the city near the developing city such as Balikpapan-samarinda.
Third is, East Kalimantan is considered to have a strategic infrastructure, namely economic infrastructure
and physical infrastructure. One form for example, the acceleration of the constructions of Balikpapan-
samarinda toll road, in East Kalimantan, which is carried out by PT Jasa Margaret Balikpapan-samarinda
(JBS) as a site of bombastis.com.

The last thing and the most very important thing is East Kalimantan is a city with a minimal risk of natural
disasters.

So, ladies and gentlemen, don't be disagree with the policies taken by the government, because the
government has thought carefully about the policies they will take. But as a citizen, let us first examine
the policies adopted regarding their positive impacts. Because we are young generation who will run the
government in the future.
