Worked as an end to end Deployment Program Manager for hardware deployments in Microsoft
Datacenters across the globe. I have worked on different types of deployments and which is again divided
into different EG groups. I have coordinated and worked closely with various partner teams i.e. Datacenter
teams, Network Engineer teams, Procurement teams etc. to deploy the hardware in the Datacenter till it gets
Live. Closely monitored each and every tasks related to project assigned so that they get completed within
the specified SLA defined for each task since delay in deployments results in loss of revenue for the
customer. I am also organizing meetings with the business partners to understand project requirements and
to define scope of the project. Assign action items to various teams while executing project and send
minutes of meeting to all. I have always delivered the assigned work given to me by meeting SLA Metrics on
TAT and Accuracy.

Project Description: WFM (Workforce Management) implementation for SPARK Network Services engagement for
BASE/TELENET , LCC. WFM enables the network services team to carry out managed services activities like network
rollouts, general preventive maintenance and workforce management. WFM automates the network rollout
processes and digitize the information capture at various stages of the rollout project. WFM is built for rolling out
large scale networks in a short span of time which seems to be significant challenges to Telecommunication
companies. WFM aims to solve these challenges.
WFM is built on Spring Framework in addition to loosely coupled BPM engines such as Activiti, Camunda BPM for
business processes. WFM is integration of Rollout Management, GPM(General Preventive Maintenance), POID(Project
Order Invoice and Documentation), SMS(Site Management System) and WFM( Work Force Management) modules.
Tool Used: Spring MVC, Hibernate, Spring Core, REST API, MySQL, HTML5, JavaScript, Tomcat etc.

Job Responsibilities:
Worked as a Sr. Associate in a leading US banking process for credit card. Which includes the changes in the
