Promotion/ Promotion Strategy

One way to promote the I LABI U product is through social media and Internet. By the use of it, we can make a blog and
advertisement that will plug our products that it will catch the people’s attention online. We can also propose a deal and offer that will
motivate them to buy, including buy one, get one free deals; buy one, get one half off deals; and a free gift with purchase option. Lastly, we
will do a Giveaways and free samples to all potential customers.

ORGANIZATIONAL CHART
Vice President Finance
- Directing all aspects of accounting operations, overseeing all transactions related to general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll and
financial reporting. Analyzing company's financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs and compliance with budgets.

Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
- CPA and/or CMA preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Vice President Manufacturing


- expected to hire and develop personnel to help ensure the efficient operation of all aspects of hardware manufacturing. Participate in
formulating and administering company policies and developing long range goals and objectives.

Qualifications/Skills
- B.S., Engineering or Business discipline.
- A minimum of three (3) years as a Vice President of Operations in a manufacturing company,
with the responsibilities of producing, purchasing, inventory control, production control, and
engineering, as well as shipping, receiving, and warehousing.
- Sound administrative skills, well-developed management skills-principles and people.

Vice President Marketing


- Developing and implementing a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness. Setting current and long-term goals for internal
teams. Designing and reviewing the Marketing department's budget.

Qualifications/Skills

- understand multiple aspects of the marketing mix, and have worked between departments to successfully initiate campaigns.
- Must also show they have the educational background needed to make good, research-backed decisions
- Possess necessary leadership skills.
- Earn master's of business administration degrees before taking on the position.

Vice President HR
- responsible for the smooth and profitable operation of a company's human resources department. Vice President (VP) of HR supervises
and provides consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, like compensation, benefits, training and development, budget,
and labor relations etc.

Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources. Specialized training in organizational planning, compensation, and preventive
labor relations.
- Generalist background with broad knowledge of employment, compensation, organizational planning, employee relations, and training
and development. Well-developed administrative skills. Strong management skills-principles and people. Experienced working with
more than two divisions.
- From eight (8) to ten (10) years' experience gained through increasingly responsible management positions within Human Resources.

Chief Accountant
- is in-charge of all accounting activities of both financial and management accounting. They are responsible for preparing
financial and performance reports, assisting departments with annual budgets and reviews, internal control and tax studies.

Qualifications/Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field


- Must possess a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in good standing
- QuickbooksProAdvisor certification required
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in management
- Minimum 7 years’ experience as a CPA in a corporate setting
- Extensive corporate and personal tax experience
- Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databases
- Expertise working with Quickbooks and financial statements
- Able to motivate the team and lead by example

Plant Manager
- The one who organize and watch over the daily operations of a manufacturing plant, as well as similar organizations, are plant
managers. It's their responsibility to oversee efficiency and production, the employees, and to ensure the plant consistently runs
efficiently, quickly, safely, and smoothly.

Qualifications/Skills

- must have strong interpersonal communication skills, be organized and possess good leadership skills.
- They'll also need a 4-year degree in industrial management, business or a related field, as well as on the job training in order to qualify
for this position.

Sales Manager

HR Manager

Cashier
