Structure
● 2 groups: Inside & outside circles
● Inside circle begins the discussion for 8 minutes.
● Everyone gets 1 chip. The chip is placed in the “pot”
when you talk. Once you speak the first time, you may
not speak again until everyone has used their chip.
● Outside circle may not speak, but can record their
thoughts on their organizer.
● Groups will swap after 8 minutes.
