This is to certify that Dr Omar Ashfaq Khan S/O Ashfaq Ahmed Khan has worked
as House Officer under my supervision in the department of Medical Unit-III,
Ward-7 from 1st March 2016 to 31st May 2016.

I found Dr. Omar to be a very hard working individual. He took very good care of
patients who were assigned to him, and he made sure that all the work‐up was
done before the morning rounds. His responsibilities included taking histories,
collecting lab reports from the previous day, writing transfer and discharge
summaries and also participating in morning reports. He maintained good
relations with fellow doctors. He has excellent clinical skills.

I am sure certain that any faculty would be happy to have him. I wish him all the
best for the future. And highly recommend for residency and job.
