DEED OF ASSIGNMENT

unto the ASSIGNEE and its successors-in-interest, the proceeds of its lot acquisition loan from
SHFC under the latter’s Community Mortgage Program, specifically covered by a Promissory
Note dated ______________________ and a Loan Agreement dated _______________________
identified as Doc. No. ____ entered in Book No. ____ Page No. ____ Series of ____,
acknowledged before Notary Public, Atty. ____________________.

It is understood that pursuant to the Deed of Assignment, SHFC shall pay the ASSIGNEE
the amount of _________________________ (Php__________________) Philippine Currency,
representing the ASSIGNOR’S lot acquisition loan to finance the acquisition of the parcels of land
situated at _____________________ and more particularly described in Transfer Certificate of
Title No. ___________________ of the Registry of Deeds for ________________.

It is understood that by virtue of this Assignment, ASSIGNOR shall hold SHFC free and
harmless from any liability arising from effecting a direct payment of the take-out proceeds to the
ASSIGNEE.
