Mass Change Orders: Cancel TECO and „do not execute“

With IW38 and IW37N one can perform mass change

of objects. With this new functionality two more system
status namely “Do not Execute” and “Cancel Technical
Completion” can be updated for multiple objects

and improving their productivity

You can make mass changes to the following fields of pieces of equipment and functional
locations. These fields are organized into the following groups:

Mass changes: Log for background jobs

To check whether a mass change that ran in the

background was successful, call transaction SLG1 and
look at the log. Enter object PM_MASS (Mass Change of
Orders and Messages (PM/CS). The system displays all
logs that were recorded for object PM_MASS in the
specified time period.

Mass change of maintenance plans/maintenance item
IP15 and IP17 has been enhanced to allow possibilities to perform mass changes on identified fields.
Operational steps are similar to mass change of orders. A special authorization object has been provided to
ensure that such changes are performed by only informed experts.
