Abnormal Operations
CM1-This will be a Left (Right) seat takeoff. If any malfunction
occurs before V1 of _____ knots, I will call ‘Stop’ or ‘Go’. If
the call is Stop, I will retard Thrust Levers to Idle, maintain
directional control, apply maximum reverse thrust & monitor
deceleration rate.
Once the aircraft has stopped I will set the Park Brake, confirm Reverse
Levers stowed, press the PA key and announce, ATTENTION! CREW AT
STATIONS. I will then call for the appropriate ECAM action or checklist.
Thereafter, should an evacuation not be required, I will press the PA
key and announce CABIN CREW & PASSENGERS REMAIN SEATED.

CM2- I will silence any aural warning and announce, ‘REVERSE

GREEN’ and ‘DECEL’ as applicable. Once the aircraft has stopped, I
will advise ATC, ‘"CALLSIGN" - STOPPING.

PF- If a malfunction occurs at or after V1 or the call is GO, we will

continue the takeoff. No actions other than raising the Landing Gear on
positive climb, application of TOGA thrust (if required) and/or silencing
any aural warning until the aircraft is safely established in the climb
and above 400 feet AGL.

Engine out Procedure is standard – straight ahead – runway

track (nonstandard....brief non-standard EOP details). Once the
appropriate flight path is established and above 400 feet
AGL, carry out ECAM actions on my command to completion
of initial ECAM actions.

The minimum Engine-out acceleration altitude is ____ feet. In case of

an engine failure, at EO ACC ALT and when engine is secure push to
level off , at green dot speed OP CLB , THR MCT.

In case of an immediate return Overweight landing checklist will/will

not be applicable”.

The secondary flight plan, if prepared for an immediate return, and its
associated SEC PERF page will be crosschecked by PF and PM.
