INTRODUCTION
In an organization appointment system is always needed, Appointment system plays a big

role in every organization. An Appointment helps the administrator to access records of

appointments of his/her customers at the same time give schedules that the administrator

himself/herself can manage to attend too. An Appointment system gives flexibility in scheduling

appointments, monitoring patients transactions and personal records. This kind of system is usually

used in health clinics and hospitals.

Appointment systems can be considered as one of the most important system in business

especially in a group of companies a corporation or an incorporation. Appointment systems

manage time schedule for a company meeting, transactions, project proposal, project presentation

and many others.

In the present situation manual transaction has a high risk of losing data we must store data

in computers for we are already moving towards the computerized age. We are not excluding the

manual system but in this era we should always make use of the technology for as to be able to

make our jobs easier.

Due to the fast pace of technology the developers decided to create a system for Holy Angel

Dental Clinic that will help the owner to easily plot schedules and monitor patient transactions and

records.
Statement of the Problem

Reservation for an appointment takes time to occur specially in a business that usually

handles to many clients or customers for a day. The researchers come up with the idea “How to

create an appointment system to lessen the burden of the administrator in giving schedules to his

clients for a day?”

Usually small clinics experience problems in scheduling and keeping patient records for

they usually do written records and appointment; the researchers came to the concept “How to

create an appointment system that gives information about the patients information?”.

There are businesses that provides installments basis transaction for their clients; the

and remaining balance of the patients?”.

General Objective

The main objective of the study is to develop an appointment system for Holy Angel Dental

Clinic That aims to:

1. Develop an Appointment system to lessen the burden in scheduling an appointment.

2. To be able to document patients records of payment and transactions.

Specific Objectives

1. Lessen the conflicts of schedules.

2. Be able to manage schedule easily.

3. Build a system that is reliable for the user.

4. For tracking records and amounts payable by the patients if any.

Significance of the Study

The study is conducted by the researchers to help the business owner to monitors his records easily

than manual process.
