Chapter I
THE PROBLEM AND ITS BACKROUND
INTRODUCTION
Education is a cornerstone of good living. It aims at learning a person. It is also said that this is a process of

gaining wisdom which in turn is beneficial to our mental, physical, emotional and even spiritual well-being. It

improves every aspect of our lives by gaining knowledge of all things. Therefore, education is important to every

citizen but many college and high school students are not afforded the opportunity to study. Hard working

students who have the dream of finishing school but with little money are not afforded the opportunity to study,

they just go to work. Does their bone marrow affect their performance in school?

Working while studying can also be a success if they work hard, be patient and have 'time management skills'.
On the other hand, it can also aggravate their learning situation as they may have low marks due to lack of time in
assigning assignments, retraining etc. And tired from the overnight labor.
Working while studying is a tremendous burden for students. The attention of working students is divided. They
can give the weight of what they carry - they can give up their studies or their work. It also has a detrimental effect
on their thinking, as apart from schoolwork their brain content increases with work and budgeting problems. Even
physically it also has a bad effect because 'working students' often experience fatigue, anxiety and are often
depressed.
