We, the undersigned, would like to present to you the LIMCOMA., as the buyer for the above-stated
property. We register the said buyer to you and should the said buyer finally decides and agrees to buy
the said property and you agree to sell the same to him/ his group/ his representative, we should be the
only agents entitled to receive the five percent (5%) commission thereof in the terms and conditions as
stipulated in the Authority to Sell.

It is further understood and agreed upon that no other broker/agents can claim any service fee or
commission with respect of the sale hereof with the same buyer who registered the said buyer after us.
Your confirmation accepts that we are the only rightful agents for the said buyer.

In case necessary, we can attach the names of the other agents that we identified part of the group of
agents that we represent who have been helpful in the consummation of the sale.

We further agrees that any losses claims, damages, penalties may sustain or incur by reason of
malfeasance and/or malfeasance while engage in the performance of the services required hereunder
shall be for their exclusive account and responsibility of the erring party and this agreement shall be
absolutely binding and obligatory to both parties herein including their heirs.

Finally, it is mutually understood and agreed upon by both parties herein that they voluntarily and of their
own free act and deed, affix their signatures hereto confirming their true and honest intentions and
obligate themselves to religiously and in good faith abide their obligations herein.
