1. That the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in

this case.

2. That no bail petition on behalf of petitioner have been filed or

before any higher court.

3. That the prosecution story in brief is that on dated 17/06/18 in the

morning about 6 AM at Sahid Bhagat Singh colony LIG 15 thana
Rampur dist.- Gaya informant Brahmadev Thakur inform to police
that accused Diwas Sharma s/o late Girjesh Sharma resident at
Magadh colony dist Gaya theft the mobile from house of
petitioner Brahmadev Thakur.

4. That the another person namely Purshotam Kumar s/o Satender

Yadav resident at Mohalla- Bhatbigha P.S. Rampur Dist –Gaya
stated that his mobile with sim card theft in morning at 5:30 AM
mobile no.- 9939891218 IMEI no-353792/04504422/4 was
recovered from the accused Diwas Sharma.
 5. That both mobile is seized from tha accused Diwas Sharma when
police search him at the place of occurrence. The accused Diwas
Sharma was in custody from 17/06/18 in Gaya jail.

6. That the petitioner is languishing in jail for no fault of his own.

7. That the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence.

8. That the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case by the
police due to wrong notion.

9. That the petitioner is ready to furnish bail bond of any reasonable

amount.
