Level One. In level one, participants are considered novices; they are going to have to earn 25 points to progress to the next level.
This level is comprised of two sections/missions. To earn points, the employees will need to identify basic safety hazards on a picture
they will be able to click on the safety hazard and receive the points. Section one will award 10 points section two will award 15
points upon completion.
Level Two. In level, two employees will need to earn 75 points to progress to the next level. They will be presented with a picture of
safety hazards and find a way to remedy them. This level will consist of three sections/missions and will award 25 points per section.
Upon reaching 75 points the employee will be able to proceed to the next level. A certificate will be awarded at the rank of competent.
This level is a little more complicated as they must not only identify the hazards but come up with possible solutions.
Level Three. In level, three employees will need to reach 100 points to progress to the next level. In this level, employees will be
presented with a picture with safety hazards in a work environment other than the one they work in. For example, office employees
will identify safety hazards in the production department and others. This is important because employees must be able to identify all
possible safety hazards in the plant or company. Since they might need to go into these environments in the completion of their duties,
they will identify and remedy the safety hazards they identify. The completion of this level will award the employees a certificate with
their new rank, and they will be added to the leader board.
Level Four. In level, four employees will have the rank competent. To progress to the fifth and final level the employees will need to
earn 250 points. This level will consist of two sections/missions each one will award 125 points. In this level the employees will not
only need to identify the safety hazards and find ways to prevent them. They will need to identify which section of the safety policy
they belong to, for example, OSHA regulations compliance, general safety, or job safety. Upon completion of this level employees
will receive a new certificate displaying their new rank and their progression on the leader board will be adjusted to reflect their new
level. The speed at which they achieved this level will also aid in raising their rank on the leader board. Level four is required for all
employees to achieve which is proficient.
Level Five. In level, five employees will be able to earn 500 or more points. In this level employees will be presented with wide array
of safety hazards. They will be able to identify the hazard, find a solution, and identify which company/government policy it is
violating. This safety hazards will cover all aspects of the company safety policies and procedures as well as government regulations.
To earn the rank of expert the employee will need to earn 500 points. This level will consist of two sections each awarding at least 250
points. However, there will more difficult to find safety violations in the sections in the form of Easter eggs. For each Easter egg
identified, remedied and compartmentalized the employees will receive an extra 10 points. With 500 points earned the employee will
receive a certificate with the rank of expert. The employee will also raise their rank on the leader board. The leader board ranks are
determined by how fast the employee progressed through the levels, this to create a little completion and motivate employees to
complete the training as soon as possible. The top ranks on the leader board will be determined by how fast the employee progressed
through the levels. Those employees who could find the Easter eggs in the game and earned extra points will also rank higher than
those that did not. Because finding more challenging to identify safety hazards show more proficiency and determination. As a bonus
and to create motivation the top 10 employees on the leader board will receive a prize. The top 25 employees in the leader board will
receive a paid day off.
