THE INTERNET- my frienemy

The Internet is a famous and recognized service all over the world because it meets all the
needs of people in any field and any subject they would like.

We spend good time in front of the computer, the phone or the tablet, it happens to us every
day, no matter where we are, whether we need information, post something, read a book, take
pictures or communicate, the internet became part of our life.

Using the Internet has advantages and disadvantages.

Advantages:

 The ability to find and buy products you need;

 Possibility to give, free of charge, ads related to anything: buy-sells, dating, events,
protests, etc;
 The Internet provides information from all fields (politics, administration, sports,
agriculture, weather, legal information - laws, judgments, etc.) presented in all kinds
of forms: news, articles, images, videos, etc;
 Access to online courses and other useful information / documents in vocational
training and careers ;

Disadvantages:

 The quality and veracity of information on the internet is uncertain. Because anyone
can access the internet, anyone can post information on the internet, anyone can tell
untruths, disinform, or lie;
 Personal information is not safe when we use the internet;

Does the Internet create addiction?

Answer: YES ... in the hands of the wrong person a phone turns from an accessory into an
extension, and the internet becomes the "drug" without which we can not live.

But as far as I am concerned, I can say that the Internet is very helpful, passionate about
psychology, in love with the idea of "knowing everything people think", addiction to
everything Sigmund Freud and Paul Ekman wrote, always, whether it's phone, tablet or
laptop I have a folder with their books in pdf format.

(But this addiction may have come to me, I started with one game and I reached 10; I started
with a book and I reached 7).

In other words, we can say that the Internet just like a man has two or more faces, but I know
only two of them:

 Is a very important source of information, just a click away is the whole world
waiting to be discovered, in any language, in many forms, no matter what you are
looking for. About the internet, they say he knows all versions of a story, all that
matters is knowing how to put the right question.
 In the last years, the human mind has gone mad and so Blue Balena, Momo and
many others like these appeared. In the present case, we can not say that the internet
was guilty, but it contributed to everything that was before and after, we can say it
was the tool that helped achieve the goal.

What I wrote above is the grim truth, so a psychopath can create games and
applications, and with the help of the internet it can manage to "illness the population."

A few days ago I joined a group of facebook gaming fans, I was stunned when I saw the post
of a 20-25 year old boy who sounds like, "I have Hiv! Do you think I should kill myself? ",
Not even an hour away from posting a woman said she liked the post. Whether we are
talking about indifference, wickedness or simply ignorance, that answer can be
misinterpreted by the person in question but also by the others (for exemple me).

I use facebook, instagram and twitter, I never post but I like to look at the posts of others,
watch people who really have something to say and try to avoid some types of people,
because as ugly as it sounds that narcissism grows directly in proportion to the appearance of
socializing sites, and the instagram has become the mirror of the girls, like ”just take a
picture and if i do not like the filter then we have a problem”.

So the Internet in my view should be managed with head, on the Internet we find information
about what others have lived, about past and present but we will not find our future, life must
be lived on the street, in libraries and clubs, with friends and family, not with people
unknown in a closed and vulnerable environment.
