As what Jean Paul Sartre's Existentialism Is a Humanism says to be free is condemned because

we did not create ourselves ,we were just thrown in this world and for that we are responsible for what
we do and act from the situation we are in, in fact what we do or what we choose is a result of being
free because we have are own choices. We are also condemned to be free because we are the only
thing that is responsible for all of our actions and Sartre also see that freedom is a curse, for it is an
inconvenient rather than a blessing, since he doesn't believe in God, he see himself as alone in the
world with no one is to depend on but himself and therefore a person cannot limit what we do or act. A
person cannot make excuses for their actions, because for Sartre there is no God to respond to and he
has choosen them on his own. For that we are condemned to face life and the responsibility that comes
with it, Sartre says that we really have already made up the decisions or what we are going to do, and if
we choose not to choose that is a choice as well. We also thinks that condemned freedom because
giving up our freedom would be better to be condemnes to be free, than condemned to be God's
puppet.

Anguish means that we become conscious of our freedom. We are being provokes anguish to
the extent that we distrust ourself and our reaction to the situation, we also make ourself as a follower
of all the mankind that we cannot able to escape from the eyes of everybody and so we act as what they
wanted as to be. Everytime we take or make decisions we always present a picture of our mind of what
we believe in every human being should be like example of this as we fashioned ourselves for us we
fashioned humanity as well, we act as everyone is watching on us and there is no escape from it. We are
being attach to a chain of a thought that we must act as every body eyes is on us and every action we
make is no escape from their eyes so the existentialist conclude that the man is in anguish.

A man feel the sense of abandonment because we think that others can help us,that can
comfort us and give usa advice for our problem, but in the end it is ourself, ourself alone who face the
problem. We feel abandonment in the sense that we are free but we did not choose to be free its
because we keep in our mid that we can depend to others but the truth is we can only depend on our
own self. A man feel the sense of abandonment also because we are drown also to our own choices that
we make, we are confuse which one to choose because we think there will be a person can help us but it
also end up as we are the only one who is being left or being abandon of the one we think that can help
us to choose, we are the only one who can choose or can decide on what to choose so thats how a man
feel a sense of abandonment.

As we can see in this world we human exist but we become away from the nature which is part
of being human, we exist together but not with each other, we man pride ourselves, we claim to know
ourself and the nature itself , we believe that we can use nature as we pleases. We are starting to build a
materialistic world, we keep making advance technology, we keep building a new world with the new
civilization and keep destructing the nature and the world itself. We become an alien to our world, we
forget what human really is, we forget the connection of human to human, we live together but not with
each other because of the new technologies we invent we became an alien to our own family, friends
and nature or the world, we are separated , we create barriers to other human, we dont interact, we
dont have a connection annymore. We are destroying the human nation because of our existence
instead we keep building the alienation.
As i read the piece of Jean Paul Sartre about "Existentialism is a Humanism" I learned that the
