STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

From the very young age, I had a plan to study abroad and achieve something
different from others in my society. So I decided to finish my graduation from
India and apply for masters from abroad. So I did Bachelors in physiotherapy
from IIMT, CCS University as I was medical student in which I scored A grades
as well as scholarship for achieving top rank in my session. As a part time, I also
worked in Yebhi.com, as a sales agent and got promoted in a month to a team
leader, which diverted my mind towards Sales and Business field. And I started
working for different sales companies, which diverted me to achieve an
education in business field. Regardless of being medical student I was more
interested in business, from which I decided to move ahead in buisness.This
interest moved me from Meerut to Delhi, and then I worked in Convergys Pvt
Ltd and got promotions because of my business skills. After that I changed my
job to Admiral Solutions and then I decided to complete my masters in the
same.

I have completed my bachelor in Physiotherapy from IIMT College of Medical

Sciences In Meerut affiliated by CCS University in 2011, which is a well-known
University of India. I have a great interest in business studies and I feel that
business management is a tailored course for me. I chose this business
management course which will provide me practical exposure so I can get my
skills enhanced and developed to have secure and brighter future in business
field so for this reason I want to pursue my Master of Business Administration
from your University of the West of Scotland. My academic goal is to complete
my MBA, as it is a corporate management course and a broader concept, as I
will get to study everything in detail. This course allow me to gather complete
theoretical knowledge and develop analytical skills which would help me a lot
in my future career.

I googled many universities of United Kingdom, and found your reputed

university in the list, as I have already heard about this university from one of
my colleague who has achieved education from your university, As I found a
relevant course in it which is MBA. As the globalisation is increasing day by day
and I think according to my skills this will be the best option for me, in which I
can learn more skills and can develop my family business which will not only
help in making my career also it will help my family and my siblings for their
Bright future in India. The reason for choosing UWS is that is has campus in
London and there are lots of opportunities in London and many facilities are
available which I can avail. One of the reason to choose this university is that it
has ranking in top 5 % universities if united kingdom, which is a positive sign of
growth in career. I also considered some other universities like London
Metropolitan University, Middlesex University and University of West London
but after doing my research UWS is best in every criteria that’s the reason I
have selected to choose your reputed university so I think UWS is the best
option for me to continue my postgraduate studies because if its efficient and
up-to my requirement course content. The UWS London Campus is located in
the heart of London and the area around the campus offers many
entertainment and relaxation options for everything from a quick study to a
fantastic day. And, As UWS London Campus is located in the vibrant city area,
but a short walk from the centre of London (a 15 minute walk from the London

I have chosen this course for my postgraduate studies due to several reasons
one is that pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) can
significantly enhance my employability and career prospects. And the other
reason is MBA programs in the UK are of one year duration which saves time,
and enable individual to get out and begin working much sooner. Many UK
universities and business schools have close links with industry leaders,
providing students with the opportunity to meet large companies and
corporations. Because of the close links with business and industry that all UK
business schools possess, you will meet a large number of people at special
events, lectures and seminars. By maintaining these relationships, they will
benefit student’s future career.

I am choosing these particular course because it will provide me better

management skills, knowledge and gives boost to my career prospect as I am a
medical student but have just got experience in sales and marketing. At UWS,

studying in UK will broaden my horizons as we are exposed to a number of

to communicate in different languages. Exploring the global job markets will
also enable you to more rewarding and suitable global opportunities
throughout your life. It also provides a great opportunity to socialize with
people of different cultures and widen your social network. Working on jobs
also helps to build healthier professional connections that might become
beneficial in the future. So by doing MBA from the UWS gives me opportunity
to explore new things and improve my skills and having an MBA from UK gives
the students an edge over others in global business organizations. Most
recruiters over the world get attracted to people having MBA from UK. This
improves better employment opportunities among students getting MBA from
UK.

To sum up, this course from such a reputed university of United Kingdom will
not only make my future bright it will also help me to sharpen my skills which
will help me to setup my business in India and also for better opportunities in
multinational companies. Although I understand it needs a hard work and
great efforts for completion of the courses like these but as I am a challenging
person I am ready to accept the challenge and hope I can prove this.
