Vision of the University:

A premier, multidisciplinary-technological university.

Mission of the University:

The University shall primarily provide advanced professional and technical instruction for
special purposes, advanced studies in industrial trade, agriculture, fishery, forestry aeronautics
and land-based programs, arts and science, health science, information technology and other
relevant fields of study. It shall also undertake research and extension services, and provided
progressive leadership in its areas of specialization.

Goals of the College:

Produce knowledge-based and globally competent human resource who are reasonably flexible and

The Graduate School develops technology and values oriented executive leaders in education, agri-

Aims of Graduate School:

1. Complementation and continuity of the undergraduate programs.

managerial positions in technical, industrial, educational and related sectors.

Aim of MAEd:

Equip educational leaders with skills in management and development of instruction, planning, research,
and community development.

Description of the Course:

The course facilities interactive discussion for values clarification and integration towards
redirection of one’s values for productivity and effectiveness in the organization.

General Objectives:

1. Understands the mission and vision of the CTU and the Graduate School.
2. Know the different value systems in the Philippines.
3. Identify the values that must be cherished, prize and owned.
