Regarding this Ayah, Khalifah-e-A’la Hadrat, ‘Allamah Syed Na’eem-u-Deen

Muradabadi, writes in Tafseer Khaza`in-ul-‘Irfan: ‘By obeying Allah Almighty
and His Beloved Rasool

by staying away from committing sins, by guiding family members towards
righteousness and forbidding from sins and by teaching them knowledge and
manners’ (save yourselves and your families from the fire, the fuel of which
are men and stones).

Reform yourself and your family

• Give time to your family, do their academic, social and religious Madani
training.

• Make your children do Faizan-e Namaz course, Islah-e-A’maal course,

Tajheez-o Takfeen course, Faizan-e-Shari ‘at course and various online
courses etc.

• Fulfil the rights of children.

• Make different topics regarding ‘upbringing of children’ part of your

Madani Mashwarahs.

• The blessed manners of Holy Rasool

   in his blessed
household should be described in the Madani Mashwarahs.

• In Madani Mashwarahs, Madani training should be performed as

discussion.

• How should our home mannerism and ethical manners be? This should be
described.

• Ill-mannered Muballigh, instead of giving an advantage to religion, causes

loss.

• A Muballigh should not be ill-mannered and rude.

• Parents are the head of the family. It is compulsory upon children to

respect and honour them.

• The study of 7th volume of Mirat-ul-Manajih (Sharh [commentary] of

Mishkat-ul-Masabih) is beneficial to get information about the excellence
of; character building, visiting the sick and condolence, being good to
relatives and neighbours.

• Read the book “Tarbiyat-e-Awlad” and the booklet “Awlad kay Huqooq”.

• Please comply to “19 Madani Pearls for Developing Madani Environment

in the Home” for developing Madani environment at home. (These

Excellence of beholding a forgiven person

Imam Shams-ud-Deen Sakhawi writes: It is narrated from some pious

Barkah and love for Allah Almighty (then he will also be forgiven). (Al-Maqasid-

Shaykh-e-Tareeqat, Ameer-e-Ahl-e-Sunnat, the founder of Dawat-e-Islami,

Madani Muzakarah among the Islamic brothers who observed I’tikaf during
Ramadan ul Mubarak (1439 AH) on 9th Shawwal-ul-Mukarram 1439 AH (24th

June 2018), where he answered many questions. From these questions, let’s
look at one of them with its answer:

   are gathered
who were blessed with I’tikaf in Ramadan ul Mubarak in Global Madani
Markaz, Faizan-e-Madinah, Bab-ul-Madinah (Karachi) and many places in
Pakistan and overseas. What a wonderful Madani moments were in
Ramadan-ul-Mubarak. Masajid were full of Salah offering people. But as soon
as the moon of Eid-ul-Fitr was sighted, Masajid became empty! Please
mention, ‘What role Mu’takifeen can play in the rehabilitation of Masajid?’

During Ramadan-ul-Mubarak, Masajid were full with Salah offering people

but Alas! As soon as Ramadan-ul-Mubarak ended, Masajid became empty
from Salah offering people. Even though, the way Salah is compulsory during
Ramadan-ul-Mubarak, in the same way it is compulsory all over the year.

The excellence of offering Salah: There are many virtues and blessings of
offering Salah on time. Hence, it is narrated from the mother of Believers,

Sayyidatuna Aisha Siddiqah &'%     (  has said:
‘Allah Almighty says: “It is a promise upon My Mercy that if My servant keeps
his Salah established on time, I will not punish him and make him enter in
Paradise without accountability”’. (Kanz-ul-Ummal, Part. 4, 7, pp. 127, Hadees 19032)

Admonition for leaving Salah: Those who leave Salah because of laziness and
carelessness should ponder that it is stated in Hadees-e-Pak: ‘Who leaves one
Salah deliberately, his name is written on the door of Hell.’

All devotees of Rasool should go to Masajid and enliven them in the same
way they were enlivened during Ramadan-ul-Mubarak.

Muballighin (preachers) of Dawat-e-Islami and Zimmahdars should search

especially those Salah offering people who used to be seen in Masajid during
Ramadan-ul-Mubarak but not now, and bring them in Masjid once again, by
doing Individual effort upon them. Remember! It has not been a long time
since Ramadan-ul-Mubarak left us and people will still have some of its good
effects remaining. Therefore, your Individual effort can make many devotees
of Rasool Salah offering people. Likewise, my Madani daughters should also
become active in their places and while doing an Individual effort on those
Islamic sisters who used to offer Salah during Ramadan-ul-Mubarak but now
got trapped in carelessness, try to make them Salah offering.

How to make non-Salah offering a Salah offering person?

Salah is compulsory on every Baaligh1 who is sane and there is no alternative
to Salah. If someone in his life, gives 100 gold bricks let alone one, as an
alternative to one Salah, still it cannot become Fidyah (compensation) for one
Salah. A person can only be relieved from this Fard by offering Salah.
Therefore, Mu’takifeen Islamic brothers should make their Madani mind-set
that, we have to become Salah offering person and also make others too.
When we were young, few friends together used to wake up each other for
Fajr Salah. In the same way, Mu’takifeen Islamic brothers, while being
subordinate to the Zimmahdars of their area, should make a Majlis to enliven
the Masajid and start “Namazi Banao Tahreek”. Remember! “Masjid Bharo
Tahreek” will only become successful when “Namazi Banao Tahreek” will
become successful. After forming Majlis, Mu’takifeen and other Islamic
brothers should start persuading everyone, elder or young, about offering
Salah politely while keeping their psychology in mind. We should not ask
anyone whether he offers Salah or not because it is curiosity and in Holy
Quran, Allah Almighty prevents us from being curious. As in Parah 26, Surah
Hujurat, ayah 12, Allah Almighty says:

Normally we know who offers Salah and who does not and at least we know
for sure that so and so person is not seen in the Masjid. Therefore, give
invitation of Salah to all those Muslims around your surroundings who do not
come to the Masjid. Those Islamic brothers who offer Salah, if any day they
are not seen in Fajr Salah than inquire about them by either calling or visiting
them. Moreover, ask them that you were not seen in Fajr Salah, is your
health okay? In the same way, keep looking after Salah offering people in five
Salahs. " #  $ %  ! )*+,   -
Masajid will get enliven and “Majlis Khuddam-ul-Masajid”
will get the new target of constructing new Masajid. Even now, " #  $ %  ! 
     
under the supervision of “Majlis Khuddam-ul-Masajid” on an average daily
one and half Masjid is being constructed all over the world. In one area plot is
purchased for the Masjid and in other, foundation is laid down and
somewhere Masjid is inaugurated. Recently, “Majlis Khuddam-ul-Masajid”
has got the target of constructing 2121 Masajid under the name of “Faizan-e-
Mushkil Kusha”. If “Majlis Khuddam-ul-Masajid” keeps on constructing the
Masajid and there are no Salah offering people, then how would it work! In
Markaz-ul-Awliya, (Lahore) there is a Masjid with the name of “Masjid-e-Shab
Bhar” (i.e. Masjid constructed in one night), it is famous about this Masjid that
when the Masjid was being built, non-Muslims were martyring one Muslim for
each brick they place. But the devotees of Holy Rasool

   did not give
up and constructed the whole Masjid in one night. Doctor Iqbal, while
describing the desolation of Masajid, mentioned this Masjid in one of his
couplets.

Meaning, the devotees of Rasool

 ‫       ﻋ‬constructed the Masjid only in
one night, but Alas our heart, which is a wrongdoer and an old sinner, even
after so many years it was unable to become Salah offering.
We do build Masajid but do not make ourselves Salah offering people. Even
today, there are such massive Masajid that can accommodate thousands of
Salah offering people but Alas! If someone with sensitive heart goes there at

the time of Fajr Salah, his heart would cry in tears of blood because there is
not even a half row of Salah offering people! That is why we have to build
Masajid and enliven them too. Mu’takifeen and other Islamic brothers should
be determined to enliven Masajid completely while taking part in “Masjid
Bharo Tahreek” and “Namazi Banao Tahreek”.

Du’a of Attar
O Allah Almighty! Whichever of my Madani son or Madani daughter becomes
active in making Salah-leavers, Salah-offering people, forgive them without
accountability.

Madani Pearls regarding Namazi Banao Tahreek

1. “Namazi Banao Majlis” should be formed in every Zayli Halqah, whose
responsibility is to increase Salah-offering people. In Fajr Salah, Sada-e-
Madinah and in remaining four Salahs, invitation towards Salah should
also be given.

2. This Majlis will be under “Majlis Madani In’amaat”. Namazi

Banao/Namazi Barhao movement should be speeded up. Organize
“Masjid Bharo Ijtima’aat” in Shawwal-ul-Mukarram 1439 AH. Schedule of
good Muballighin should be made all across the country.

3. Among the Arakeen-e-Shura, Nigran of Pakistan Administrative Kabinah

will make schedule of the Bayanaat of Haji Muhammad Azhar Attari,
Qaari Muhammad Saleem Attari, Haji Abdul Habib Attari, Haji
Muhammad Ameen Attari (Maktaba-tul-Madinah), Haji Muhammad Bilal
Attari, Haji Ameen Qafilah and Muhammad Athar Attari. Target: 15 days

4. In this Majlis, prefer those Buzurg (elder) Islamic brothers to become

members, who can give an invitation to Salah politely.

Majlis Jami’a-tul-Madinah
5. The departments of Madrasa-tul-Madinah and Jami’a-tul-Madinah should
consider the opening of new branches. In those areas where there isn’t
any Madrasa-tul-Madinah/Jami’a-tul-Madinah available, prepare a
strategy and set targets to open in those areas and provide its details to
Nigran-e-Shura and Nigran of Pakistan Administrative Kabinah. Target: 41
days

6. Jami’a-tul-Madinah should start Darjah-e-Uola (first class) consisting of

non-residential students in Masajid established under the supervision of
Dawat-e-Islami. The ideal situation is: after getting complete written
Shari guidance, start Madrasa-tul-Madinah for non-residential Madani
Munnay (children) and Darjah-e-Uola of Jami’a-tul-Madinah for non-
residential students in the Masajid established under the supervision of
Dawat-e-Islami.

7. Make the honourable students of Jami’a-tul-Madinah busy in Madani

activities. Set directions for them for Yaum-e-Ta’teel I’tikaf.

8. Jami’a-tul-Madinah having the capacity of 500 students will be built in

five big cities of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (KPK). Likewise, three big Jami’a-
tul-Madinah will be built in Kashmir and three in Baluchistan.

9. New admissions start in Jami’a-tul-Madinah in Shawwal-ul-Mukarram,

planning for these expected admissions should be made 5 to 6 months in
advance. Board and lodging arrangements for teachers and students
should be reviewed and targets should be set to eliminate shortages if
any. If in any Jami’a-tul-Madinah, number of admissions exceeds the
expected target, arrangements should be made to send them in other
nearby Jami’a-tul-Madinah.

Visits of Zimmahdars in Jami’a-tul-Madinah

10. Islamic brothers of Jami’a-tul-Madinah are our valuable asset.
11. Arakeen-e-Shura (members of the central executive committee), Nigran-
e-Kabinat and Nigran-e-Kabinah, should visit Jami’a-tul-Madinah once a

week or once a month and impart Madani Tarbiyat (edification) to the

students and persuade them to participate in 12 Madani activities.

12. Weekly Participation in Jami’a-tul-Madinah and Dar-ul-Ifta Ahl-e-Sunnat

should be added in the schedule of those Islamic brothers whose
Schedule is made or checked in the office of Pakistan Intizami
(administrative) Kabinah.

13. Gather honourable students in weekly Ijtima and Arakeen-e-Shura,

Nigran-e-Kabinat or Kabinah should conduct their (students’) Madani
Mashwarah after the Ijtima.

14. Every Sunday from 11:40 am to 01:00 pm, there is a session of Bayanaat
(speeches), Madani Tarbiyyat (learning), meeting and individual efforts in
Jami’a-tul-Madinah, Bayanaat of Zimmahdars should be included in this.

New Societies
15. Majlis Khuddam-Ul-Masajid should also set targets especially to build
Masajid in new societies and then arrangements to build Masajid should
be made according to this. Target to submit details to Pak Kabinah office:
41 Days.

16. A separate Kabinah consisting of new societies should be made in five big
cities of Pakistan; Bab-ul-Madinah (Karachi), Markaz-ul-Awliya (Lahore),
Sardarabad (Faisalabad), Rawalpindi and Islamabad.

Employees of Dawat-e-Islami
17. In big cities, collective Madani Mashwarah of all employees of Dawat-e-
Islami should be held once every two months at such time when it is easy
for them to participate.

18. This Madani Mashwarah should be brief and comprehensive. Along with
making the employees aware of Madani activities of Dawat-e-Islami, they
should also be persuaded to take part in twelve Madani activities of Zayli
Halqah practically.

19. We should try to enhance the passion to increase Madani activities

among Islamic brothers.

20. We should do individual effort on Madani staff of institutional

departments (for example; Jami’a-tul-Madinah, Madrasa-tul-Madinah,
Dar-ul-Madinah etc.) of Dawat-e-Islami to make them active in Madani
activities of the area.

21. Nigran-e-Kabinat should do Madani Mashwarah of Qaari Saahiban of

Madrasa-tul-Madinah once a month. They should do their organisational
and Madani Tarbiyat (edification) and award them organisational
responsibilities.

Various courses and Website

22. Twelve Madani activities course and other organisational courses should
be arranged online. This responsibility has assigned to Rukn-e-Shura, Haji
Fudayl Raza Attari. Target to submit its details to Pak Kabinah office: 41
Days

23. Development of a website for organisational edification (Tanzeemi-

Tarbiyat) has been decided, which will consist of Madani pearls regarding
Sunnah inspiring organisational guidance and organisational speeches of
Nigran-e-Shura and Arakeen-e-Shura. This responsibility has been
assigned to Rukn-e-Shura, Muhammad Athar Attari. Target: 12 Days.

Collective I’tikaf
24. Next year (1440 AH), I’tikaf for the whole month of Ramadan should be
organised in the Faizan-e-Madinah of 25 big cities of Pakistan. Number of
Mu’takifeen at every place in Pakistan should be approximately 500, in
India 200 and in Bangladesh 300.

25. Majlis-e-Madani courses is responsible for the appointment and Madani

training of Islamic brothers who will welcome the Mu’takifeen of the
whole month of Ramadan and will do their data entry.

26. Those places where I’tikaf for full month and for the last ten days will be
held should be reviewed right away from now and their problems,
necessities and facilities should be checked. Moreover, the list of
problems which needs to be solved and constructions which need to be
done should be compiled. Work as per list should be carried out
throughout the year and all tasks should be completed before Sha’ban-
ul-Mu’azzam. Rukn-e-Shura Haji Fudayl Raza Attari will form Majlis for
this task. Target: 10 Days

27. For the arrangement of administrative affairs of places of I’tikaf, Majlis

“Faizan-e-Ramadan” should be formed which will be a sub-Majlis
(Zayli Majlis) under Majlis Madani courses. Under this Majlis, at least 3
Islamic brothers should do preparation for this throughout the whole
year. Target to submit details in Pak Kabinah office: 15 Days

the world has been decided 50,000 and the total target is 303,000
including last ten days Mu’takifeen.

30. Zimmahdars of Majlis Madani Courses should stay in touch with I’tikaf
observing Islamic brothers throughout the year, persuade them about
Madani activities and keep them attached with the Madani environment.

31. Zimmahdars of KPK, Baluchistan and Kashmir should prepare an action
plan for the next three years to increase Madani activities, Masajid,
Madrasa-tul-Madinah, Jami’a-tul-Madinah and Various courses and
present it to Nigran e Shura.

32. Three days Sunnah-Inspired Ijtima of Zimmahdars of every department

and every Kabinat will be held at least once in every 12 months in global
Madani Markaz, Faizan-e-Madinah, Bab-ul-Madinah Karachi. Zimmahdars
should offer Jumu’ah Salah in global Madani Markaz, Faizan-e-Madinah.
Nigran-Shura will provide Madani training (Tarbiyat) on Friday after Isha
Salah and on Saturday and Sunday after Zuhr till ‘Asr. Moreover, on
Saturday, after ‘Isha Salah Ameer-e-Ahl-e-Sunnat

33. Majlis-e-Hajj-o-‘Umrah should organize Hajj training Ijtima at Kabinah

level during Shawwal-ul-Mukarram. Dignitaries should also be invited to
this. Food shall also be arranged afterwards. This Ijtima should be of
minimum two hours. Brief method of Hajj, easy virtues, Awraad-o-
Wazaaif (invocations), 19 Madani Pearls of Ameer-e-Ahl-e-Sunnat (19
Madani In’amaat for people performing Hajj and ‘Umrah) and manners of
visiting Makkah and Madinah should be described.

34. The deeper Nigran will go into his department, Kabinah, Kabinat or
countries, the more pearls he will explore, his department, Kabinah,
Kabinat or countries will become strengthened in the same amount.

35. Arakeen e Shura and Nigran-e-Kabinat or Kabinah should also give time
to the Nigrans of ‘Alaqai-e-Mushawarat, other than Madani Mashwarahs.
They should carry on their religious, moral and organizational training
(Tarbiyat).

Various Departments
36. Haji Ya’foor Attari, Rukn-e-Shura should solve the problems of Majlis Islah
Brae Qaydiyan (department for prisoners’ reformation) at his earliest.
37. Majlis-e-Khuddam ul Masajid should be strengthened in Islamabad.
Arakeen-e-Shura Syed Luqman Bapu, Haji Bilal Attari, Haji Waqar-ul-
Madinah Attari and Rukn-e-Mehrvi Kabinat (Majlis Khuddam-ul-Masajid)
Muhammad I’jaz Attari should hold Madani Mashwarah. Target: 26 days

38. Madani training (Tarbiyat) of Islamic brothers of Majlis Ijtima’ee

(Collective) Qurbani should be performed. This responsibility has been
assigned to Rukn-e-Shura, Haji Assad Attari Madani.

39. All Arakeen e Kabinah and Kabinat should have a responsibility of one
Zayli Halqah each, especially the responsibility of a big Masjid.

40. All Arakeen e Kabinah and Kabinat should directly stay in touch with
honourable scholars of the city and Imams of Masajid who are devotees
of Rasool

41. Special arrangements should be made to bring dignitaries in the

Ijtima’aat of blessed nights for example (Ijtima-e-Milad, Ijtima-e-
Ghausiyyah, Ijtima-e-Mi’raaj, Ijtima Yaum-e-Ghareeb-e-Nawaz, Ijtima
Yaum-e-Raza etc.).

Colourful Madani pearls

42. ‘Weekly Ijtima’ is one of the most important Madani activities of Dawat-
e-Islami. Madani training (Tarbiyat) of Muballighin who deliver Bayan in
weekly Ijtima should be performed. They should be persuaded to study.
Nigran-e-Kabinah should do this task within one month.

43. The Madani activity done continuously gets increased.

44. Madani work gets accomplished by doing it, not only by yearning.

45. To strengthen organisational set-up and to implement it, is also an

activity.

46. Saying of Ameer-e-Ahl-e-Sunnat: If three days Madani Qafilah is not a

part of your monthly schedule then that schedule is imperfect.

47. Perform Madani activities with wisdom and intellect.

48. This is the era of social media. Zimmahdars of Dawat-e-Islami should use
applications available at Dawat-e-Islami’s website (www.dawateislami.net)
with good intentions and persuade other Islamic brothers also to use them.

49. Increase efforts to read and have others read the weekly Madani
booklets until the target of 313,303 (three hundred and thirteen
thousand three hundred and three) is achieved.

50. Until the passion of being self-acclaimed doesn’t die, the work of Deen
cannot be flourished in a better way.

51. If we conduct Madani Mashwarah happily and with a smiling face,

Madani activities will increase by 12 percent. Ameer-e-Ahl-e-
Sunnat arrives in Madani Mashwarah encouragingly and departs
encouragingly (with a smile).

Meaning: ‘No doubt, Allah Almighty does not look at your faces and your
wealth, instead He looks at your heart and your deeds’.
‘Allamah Mulla ‘Ali Qaari ‫     
   ﻋ‬says under the explanation of this Hadees:
Here meaning of “Nazar” is approbation or mercy, because to keep an eye on
someone is evidence of love. However, moving the sight away is a sign of
anger and hatred. (The meaning of this Hadees is that) Allah Almighty does
not look towards your faces because your beauty and ugliness does not
matter to Him nor does He " #  $ % look towards your wealth because its
decrease and increase does not matter to Him, instead He " #  $ % looks towards
the belief in the hearts, truth, sincerity, intention of showing off, fame and
remaining good and bad manners. Moreover, He " #  $ % looks towards your
actions, meaning, their good or bad intentions and then He " #  $ % will give
reward of those actions according to intentions. (Mirqat-ul-Mafatih, vol. 9, pp. 174,
Hadees 5314)

‘Allamah Sharf-ud-Deen Nawavi ‫      

     ﻋ‬says under the explanation of this
Hadees: Its meaning is; “Piety does not attain only by apparent actions but by
having Greatness of Allah Almighty in the heart, His fear and by the condition
which develops on turning towards Him. (Sharh Muslim lin Nawavi, vol. 8, pp. 121)

• Those organizational Zimmahdars who do public dealing can be vulnerable

to evils like; backbiting, evil presumption, malice and hatred, self-
appreciation and bad manners. It is very important to remove these evils

otherwise Hereafter can be ruined. These shortcomings stay in our hearts

and heart becomes the centre of sins.

• The reformation of the heart is very important.

• The yearning of organizational Madani activities should not make us

neglectful from our own reformation.

• Lest, those who got associated with Madani environment with our
individual effort go towards Jannah and we, because of these spiritual

%#' get thrown in Hell. bۡ 2 =>

It is the time to be scared.
May Allah Almighty not deprive us of the great blessing of Jannah.
Aameen.

• We should not be over the moon if someone admires us, because extreme
sinners also get admired in this world.

• If we continue to focus on our weaknesses then with the mercy of Allah

Almighty, our reformation will continue.

• It is very important to read religious books and booklets to stay away from
sins. Reading should not be performed only to give Karkerdagi
(performance), but for self-reformation.

• The way we keep away from sins in public, likewise, we should also try to
keep away from sins in solitude.

• For whom Allah Almighty wills goodness, He " #  $ % makes his imperfections
apparent to him. By looking towards our own imperfections, we also make
our mind to reform them.

• We should act upon Madani In’amaat to become pious.

• We have to get ourselves engaged in Madani activities while preventing

from sins.

Exercise Moderation
• Islam likes moderation and does not like unbalanced behaviour. Holy
Rasool

   used to give time to his blessed family as well. If
Madani work increases then increase the number of Islamic sisters and
distribute Madani work among them.
• Focus on your family life, those tasks which are compulsory on us and we
are not performing them due to lack of time, we should perform them.
You, your children and wife have right on you, fulfil it.

Perform Madani work happily and with sincerity

• While doing Madani work, “Sincerity” is such a thing which attracts the mercy
of Allah Almighty. Even if Madani work does not increase, " #  $ %  ! )*+,   -
one
deserves the reward.

• Keep engaged in the work of Deen, you will get spiritual happiness.

• Ask about the performance in such a polite and kind way that other
person does not think that he did not do anything.

• Madani work goes up and down, do not get upset because of this,
encourage Islamic sisters.

• Do not make anyone feel bad. Perform work politely and with love and
affection, keep busy in Madani activities with ease. Success gets increased
by 12 percent if we manage the work with smile and happiness.

52. Islam likes moderation and does not like unbalanced behaviour.
Therefore, a system should be formed where Madani work can be
performed moderately. We should try to adopt the style of Ameer-e-Ahl-
e-Sunnat’s schedule.

53. Islamic sisters should be provided with such a moderate schedule where
they can do Madani work happily and wholeheartedly.

54. There should be Shar’i review of schedule of all the Madani activities of
Islamic sisters and if Huqooq-ul-‘Ibaad (rights of people) are getting
affected, then increase the number of Islamic sisters who perform
Madani activities and distribute Madani work among them. Such a
moderate schedule should be made where domestic work is not affected.

Madani donations
55. Madani donations should be submitted to Maliyat on time. Moreover, If
we receive Madani donations in the form of goods (For example a
computer, printer etc.), it should be included in the target of Madani
donations of Pakistan and abroad after allocating standard value.

Division Ijtima
56. In order to make the Division Ijtima successful, which is being telecast live
on Madani channel, more efforts are required. A place should be fixed on
Division level for this Ijtima.

Maktaba-tul-Madinah and Madani donation box

57. For the solution to problems arising in the way of Madani activities of
Maktaba-tul-Madinah and Madani donation box, Rukn e Shura, Haji Abu
Sha’ban Attari will hold Madani Mashwarah with Nigran of Maktaba-tul-
Madinah and Nigran of Madani donation box and submit its performance
(Karkerdagi) to Nigran e Shura. Target: 15 days

58. Home service of Maktab-tul-Madinah to be started in Delhi, Hyderabad

Deccan, Mumbai and Ahmedabad (India).

Appointment of Majlis Mu’awanat for Islamic sisters

59. In overseas, appoint Zimmahdar Islamic sisters for Majlis Mu’awanat for
Islamic sisters in some Baghdadi countries as per the need.

Overseas Madani Activities

60. In overseas countries/cities where there is no Madani activity, relevant
Rukn-e-Shura, Mu’awin Nigran (Haji Abu Sha’ban) of overseas Majlis will
update Countries Zimmahdar and Majlis Mu’awanat for Islamic sisters
Zimmahdar (Rukn-e-Shura) about this.

61. In overseas, there should be Madani activities of Islamic sisters on all

those places where there are Madani activities of Islamic brothers. For
example; Holland, other European countries, Thailand, United Kingdom
and South Africa. Therefore, we should prepare a list of cities along with
country and start Madani activities in each city. Such as; Madani
In’amaat, Ghar Dars and Sunnah-Inspired Ijtima etc.

62. Efforts should be continued for Madani activities among native/local

Islamic sisters so that their prayers and beliefs become strengthened.

Madani Mashwarahs
63. To increase the Madani work among Islamic sisters in Pakistan, a series of
Madani Mashwarahs should be started and the following Zimmahdars
should participate. Performance review and solution to problems should
be discussed via Skype in these Madani Mashwarahs.

66. If we are sincere about Madani activities then either we do Madani
activities or yearn for it, both of these acts contain reward and Allah
Almighty doesn’t destroy the actions of pious people. Honestly speaking,
pleasure and comfort lie in acting upon Sunnah.
