I. Self-Assessment
Have you been a leader? If you have been one, what lessons did you learn from the experience of
leading people? If you have not been a leader yet, does it disappoint you when you know that you can
do better than what you have observed you leader does?
- I’ve been a leader before with so many groupings in every subject and in an organization. The
lessons that I have learned is, I have gain my confidence and I have develop my
communication skill.
II. Viewpoint
- They are most likely the self-important they use their power to get what they want at the
expense of others and to remind themselves of their greatness.
Advantage of contractualization:
1. Abundance of work: Employment opportunities are available all the time and thus
this provides options and choice to the employees.
Dis-advantage of contractualization:
1. Job security: The employees find it a little stressful to be working for an organization
that does not give job security. Even though one knows that other options are
available, sometimes it becomes taxing to look for them when you are currently
occupied with work.
