I. Self-Assessment

Have you been a leader? If you have been one, what lessons did you learn from the experience of
leading people? If you have not been a leader yet, does it disappoint you when you know that you can
do better than what you have observed you leader does?

- I’ve been a leader before with so many groupings in every subject and in an organization. The
lessons that I have learned is, I have gain my confidence and I have develop my
communication skill.

II. Viewpoint

What do you think of leaders who are “power-tripping”?

- They are most likely the self-important they use their power to get what they want at the
expense of others and to remind themselves of their greatness.

III. Research Work

Find both positive and negative comments of netizens about contractualization.

Advantage of contractualization:

1. Abundance of work: Employment opportunities are available all the time and thus
this provides options and choice to the employees.

Dis-advantage of contractualization:

1. Job security: The employees find it a little stressful to be working for an organization
that does not give job security. Even though one knows that other options are
available, sometimes it becomes taxing to look for them when you are currently
occupied with work.

IV. Endo

It can be or can’t be a motivating factor for workers to satisfy their needs. It

can be a motivating factor if a worker has special needs or he/she wants to
gain money in a short period. It can’t be a motivating factor if a worker needs
to learn and gain knowledge in the work they are engaged in.
 V. Decision-making Box

To improve the relationships in the workplace of Carry Hope Company is

the manager should interact with their workers (part-time and regular
employee). The manager should be more than simply reviewing data. Take the
time to ask for feedback on what your team is experiencing, good or bad. Ask
questions and seek solutions from them.

always feel the love in my surroundings and I feel love for those
people who surrounds me. Heart-shape for me symbolizes love.

For me, I’ll choose this letter C because I am friendlier in a male
person, he has these good public relations and I know I am more
comfortable to discuss my problems in him. I won't choose these
remaining letters because A and B are the outspoken person they
can't even control their expressions or they have these strong
opinions without noticing that other people are offended.

2. I’ll keep learning and develop my skills both outside and inside of the office or
work. I will gonna expand my knowledge and skill sets in areas that are critical in
my work.
